Інвестиційне забезпечення впровадження інновацій на промисловому підприємстві з урахуванням ризиків

Abstract

Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня кандидата економічних наук за спеціальністю 08.00.04 – економіка та управління підприємствами (за видами економічної діяльності). − Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", Харків, 2021. Дисертацію присвячено комплексу питань, пов’язаних з інвестиційним забезпеченням впровадження інновацій на промисловому підприємстві з урахуванням ризиків. Для цього уточнено понятійний апарат щодо інвестиційного забезпечення впровадження інновацій, удосконалено класифікацію ризиків, пов’язаних із інвестиційним забезпеченням впровадження інновацій на промисловому підприємстві. Визначено, що найбільш загальною характеристикою підприємства, що відображає його здатність до сприйняття інвестицій в інновації є «інноваційність». Для оцінки інноваційності промислового підприємства в роботі було запропоновано методичний підхід на основні запровадження системи комплексних показників, що відображають вплив факторів та ступень ризикованості інвестування щодо впровадження інновацій на промисловому підприємстві. В роботі запропоновано методичні положення щодо оцінки та прогнозування рівня забезпеченості підприємства інвестиційними ресурсами впровадження інновацій, що поєднує результати оцінки та аналізу капіталізації підприємства, визначеності достатності власного капіталу та можливості залучення традиційних інвестиційних джерел, з подальшим прогнозуванням їх зміни на основі використання адаптивної авторегресії – інтегрованого плинного середнього (ARIMA) з визначенням найбільш вірогідних довірчих інтервалів за детермінованими факторами впливу на інвестиційно-інноваційну діяльність. Запропоновано теоретико-методичний підхід щодо формування інвестиційного забезпечення інноваційної діяльності в умовах ризиків, удосконалено організаційне забезпечення залучення ризикованого капіталу для фінансування інноваційної діяльності. Розроблено сценарний підхід щодо визначення зміни капіталізації та структури капіталу підприємства при розширенні джерел інвестицій при впровадженні інновацій та диверсифікації ризиків.

Thesis for scientific candidate's degree of economic sciences by specialty 08.00.04 – economics and management of the enterprises (by types of economic activity). – National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute", Kharkiv, 2021. The thesis is devoted to a set o f issues related to investment support for the implementation of innovations at an industrial enterprise, taking into account risks. The paper proves that the decisive factors in the development of the world economy are innovation and investment processes, which are becoming increasingly important in the context of globalization. For this, the conceptual apparatus for investment support for the introduction of innovations has been clarified, and the classification of risks associated with investment support for the implementation of innovations at an industrial enterprise has been improved. The work proves that the main form of introducing innovations at enterprises is the transfer of innovations, reflects the complex of relationships between the subjects of innovation and investment activity, identifies barriers, it is constrained by the effectiveness of its implementation, taking into account the high level of risks, it characterizes. It was determined that the most common characteristic of an enterprise, reflecting its ability to perceive investment in innovation, is "innovativeness". It is the level of readiness of the economic system for innovative changes, its perception of new ideas, the ability to support and implement innovations in all areas of activity and attract investment. The analysis of investment and innovation activities of industrial enterprises in Ukraine with the definition of forecast trends in its change is carried out, a methodological approach to modeling a complex indicator for assessing the innovativeness of an industrial enterprise and determining the level of investment risks in innovative activities is proposed; methodological recommendations for assessing restrictions on attracting investments and forecasting have been developed. To assess the innovativeness of an industrial enterprise, a methodological approach was proposed for the main introduction of a system of complex indicators reflecting the influence of factors that determine investment risks when introducing innovations at an industrial enterprise. Deterministic analysis and forecast of changes in the factors influencing the level of capital security and innovativeness of an industrial enterprise, SWOT analysis of investment and innovative conditions of activity showed the need to form financial, economic and organizational measures related to attracting risk (venture capital) in the formation of investment support for the introduction of innovations. A theoretical and methodological approach to the formation of investment support for innovative activity in conditions of risks is proposed, organizational support for attracting high-risk capital to finance innovative activity is improved; scenario approach is proposed to determine changes in capitalization and capital structure of an enterprise when expanding sources of investment when introducing innovations and diversifying risks.
