Дослідження структурних перетворень, що відбуваються в сталях в процесі додаткового фрикційно-деформаційного зміцнення

Abstract

Досліджено структурні зміни, які відбуваються в сталях у процесі додаткового фрикційно-деформаційного зміцнення (ДФДЗ). Завдяки комбінації термічної та механічної дії відбуваються глибокі структурні перетворення у приповерхневих шарах матеріалу. Методом металографічного аналізу встановлено характер зміни мікроструктури шарів та показано морфологію структури зміцнених зразків в перерізі. Розглянуто результати вимірювання мікротвердості та досліджено вплив ДФДЗ на зміну мікротвердості в перерізі зразків із сталей з різним вмістом вуглецю. Structural changes occurring in steels during the process of additional friction-deformation strengthening (AFDS) have been investigated. As a result of the combined thermal and mechanical effects, significant structural transformations occur in the near-surface layers of the material. Using metallographic analysis, the nature of microstructural changes in the layers is determined and the morphology of the structure of the hardened samples in cross-section is demonstrated.The results of microhardness measurements are considered and the influence of AFDS on the change in microhardness in the cross-section of steel samples with different carbon content is investigated.
