Abstract

В статті розглядаються різні аспекти процесу оформлення правовстановлюючих документів на земельні ділянки, а також особливості користування землею в Україні. Досліджується проблема довготривалої реєстрації земельних ділянок у органах місцевої влади. Наведено варіанти та приклади розрахунків для сплати податку на землю та зроблено виводи щодо уникнен ня негативних наслідків користування земельною ділянкою без правовстановлюючих документів.The Land always was an integral part of live of the average Ukrainian.
