dc.description.abstractДля ефективного управління інтелектуальним потенціалом підприємства важливе значення має здійснення його адекватної оцінки. Процес оцінювання інтелектуального потенціалу промислового підприємства є складовою процесу управління його інтелектуальним потенціалом та вимагає розробки відповідного організаційно-методичного забезпечення. Метoю cтаттi є дocлiдження теoретичних заcад процесу управління оцінюванням інтелектуального потенціалу та інтелектуальної власності промислових підприємств та обгрунтування підходу, що дозволить забезпечити найбільш ефективне здійснення даного процесу. Для визначення передумов здійснення процесу оцінки інтелектуального потенціалу охаректеризовано його структуру. Виходячи з цього обгрунтовано виділення підпроцесів у процесі оцінки інтелектуального потенціалу промислового підприємства. До цих підпроцесів віднесено такі: оцінка інтелектуального капіталу підприємства; оцінка ефективності використання інтелектуального капіталу підприємства; оцінка можливостей розвитку. Визначено, що процес оцінювання інтелектуального потенціалу має враховувати особливості та специфіку складових об`єкта оцінювання. Проаналізовано основні підходи до здійснення оцінки інтелектуального потенціалу промислового підприємства та, зокрема, його складових – інтелектуального капіталу та інтелектуальної власності. Для інтелектуальної власності в залежності від цілей оцінки можуть бути застосовані методи прямої грошової оцінки в рамках витратного, дохідного та ринкового підходів. Зроблено висновок, що найбільш доцільними при здійсненні оцінки інтелектуального потенціалу підприємства є SC-методи, які передбачають розрахунок ключових показників, що характеризують досягнення стратегічних цілей підприємства. Результат оцінки інтелектуального потенціалу за цими методами - масштабування факторів, що є визначальними для дохідності підприємства в довгостроковому періоді. Їх використання дозволять оцінити як нинішній стан та ефективність реалізації інтелектуального потенціалу підприємства, так і можливості для його майбутнього розвитку.uk
dc.description.abstractFor effective management of the intellectual potential of an enterprise, it is important to carry out its adequate assessment. The process of assessing the intellectual potential of an industrial enterprise is an integral part of the process of managing its intellectual potential and requires the development of appropriate organizational and methodological support. The purpose of the article is to study the theoretical foundations of the process of managing the assessment of the intellectual potential and intellectual property of industrial enterprises and substantiate an approach that will ensure the most effective implementation of this process. To determine the prerequisites for the implementation of the process of assessing the intellectual potential, its structure is characterized. Based on this, the selection of sub-processes in the process of assessing the intellectual potential of an industrial enterprise is substantiated. These sub-processes include the following: assessment of the intellectual capital of the enterprise; assessment of the efficiency of using the intellectual capital of the enterprise; assessment of development opportunities. It is determined that the process of assessing intellectual potential should take into account the features and specifics of the components of the assessment object. The main approaches to assessing the intellectual potential of an industrial enterprise and, in particular, its components - intellectual capital and intellectual property - are analyzed. For intellectual property, depending on the purpose of the valuation, direct monetary valuation methods can be applied within the cost, income and market approaches. It is concluded that the most appropriate in assessing the intellectual potential of an enterprise are SC-methods, which involve the calculation of key indicators characterizing the achievement of the strategic goals of the enterprise. The result of assessing the intellectual potential using these methods is the scaling of factors that are decisive for the profitability of an enterprise in the long run. Their use will make it possible to assess both the current state and the effectiveness of the implementation of the intellectual potential of the enterprise, and the possibilities for its future development.en
