Етапи формування техніко-технологічного потенціалу аграрних підприємств

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню етапів формування техніко технологічного потенціалу аграрних підприємств. Визначено, що формування техніко технологічного потенціалу агропідприємства є складним, багатогранним і безперервним процесом, який має вирішальне значення для забезпечення ефективного, прибуткового й конкурентоспроможного функціонування аграрного виробництва в умовах сучасних економічних викликів. Встановлено, що виділення окремих етапів дає змогу системно підійти до модернізації підприємства, підвищити якість управлінських рішень і мінімізувати ризики, пов’язані з технологічними інноваціями. Доведена важливість врахування внутрішніх резервів, зовнішнього середовища, доступу до інвестицій і рівня кадрового потенціалу, які визначають можливості адаптації підприємства до сучасних технологічних трендів. The article is devoted to the study of the stages of formation of the technical and technological potential of agricultural enterprises. Today, the efficiency of the functioning of agricultural enterprises largely depends on the level of their technical and technological support. In the conditions of constant updating of technologies, digitalization of production processes, and growing competition in the domestic and foreign markets, the study of the stages of formation of technical and technological potential acquires special importance. It is determined that the formation of the technical and technological potential of an agricultural enterprise is a complex, multifaceted, and continuous process, which is of decisive importance for ensuring the effective, profitable, and competitive functioning of agrarian production in the conditions of modern economic challenges. It has been established that the allocation of individual stages (analytical and evaluative, conceptual and strategic, project and planning, implementation, and evaluation and correction) allows for a systematic approach to the modernization of the enterprise, improving the quality of management decisions and minimizing the risks associated with technological innovations.
