Дослідження впливу метеорологічних умов на оцінку надійності грозозахисту повітряних ліній електропересилання

Abstract

Розглянуто та обґрунтовано необхідність врахування метеорологічних умов при оцінці надійності грозозахисту повітряних ліній електропересилання. Проведено аналіз існуючих методик врахування метеорологічних умов із зазначенням основних недоліків та суперечностей існуючих досліджень. Наведено метод врахування метеорологічних умов із використанням поправочних коефіцієнтів, а також визначено числові характеристики метеорологічних умов та виразів для їх визначення. Проведено розрахунки числових характеристик метеорологічних умов в залежності і з зміною висоти розташування.In the article it was research the necessity to take into account meteorological conditions when assessing there liability of lightning protection of overhead transmission lines that were considered and justified. The analysis of existing metrological methods was carried out, indicating the main shortcomings and contradictions of existing studies. It was proposed the method for recording meteorological conditions using correction factors, and it was determined numerical characteristics of meteorological conditions and expressions for their calculation. It was described the calculations of the numerical characteristics of meteorological conditions are carried out, depending on the change in altitude.
