Тепловая интеграция процесса разделения гетероазеотропной смеси фурфурол – вода на двух колоннах

Abstract

An analysis of the energy performance of the furfurol – water heteroazeotrope fractionation process on two columns. The process flows of heat integration of the operation are emphasized. By means of the «pinch» analysis method and the cascade algorithm the values of heat recovered in the technological scheme and the number of hot and cold utilities are determined. A scheme of the heat exchanger network, which allows to reduce the consumption of the utilities on the separated process flows by 4,22 times of the cold ones and by 8,9 times of the hot utilities correspondingly, is designed. Based on the calculations performed, a modified energy-efficient scheme of the furfurol – water blend fractionation process using high-performance plate heat exchangers.
