Анотація
Поширення в Україні такого соціально-економічного явища, як неофіційна економіка, а також обсяги продукції і фінансових ресурсів, які обертаються в цій сфері, являють собою суттєву перешкоду виходу країни на траєкторію вступу до Європейського союзу. Значною проблемою є те, що явище, яке потрібно долати, за своїм визначенням, є не явним, а заходи протидії
потребують постійного вдосконалення і адаптації до мінливих економічних умов.
Distribution of such a socio-economic phenomenon of the unofficial economy and the volume of production and financial resources, which rotate in this area represent a significant obstacle out of the country on a trajectory entering into the European union. A significant problem is that a phenomenon that must be overcome, by definition, is not clear, and counter measures require constant improvement and adaptation to changing economic conditions. According to many researchers shadow economy Ukraine reaches half of GDP. The size of the shadow economy is a traditional indicator of economic policy. The measures proposed in this article will help ease the phenomenon of the shadow economy are to increase the efficiency of the formal economy. The implementation of these and other mechanisms to overcome the legalization of the economy not only contribute to the development of adequate market environment, the economy, the legalization of capital, the process of democratization of the economy and society as a whole, but also ensure the effective development of domestic business.
