Аналіз економічних нормативів в діагностиці діяльності банківської системи

Abstract

У статті проведено аналіз економічних нормативів діяльності банківської системи України на основі побудови інтегрального показника, що є адекватним та інформативним інструментом при проведенні діагностики проблемних ситуацій, які можуть мати місце та вплинути на її розвиток. Ілюстрація динаміки зміни інтегрального показника як в чисельному, так й у графічному вигляді дозволяє робити висновки щодо доцільності прийняття відповідних управлінських рішень, що унеможливлюють погіршення поточного стану розвитку системи, а також спрямовані на забезпечення його позитивного зростання. Методичний підхід, який застосовано в статті, дозволяє адекватно оцінити як поточну діяльність банківської системи у розрізі виконання економічних нормативів, так і ретроспективну та перспективну ситуацію щодо динаміки зміни їх чисельних значень.In article the analysis of economic ratios at Ukrainian banking system activity diagnostics is performed on the basis of integral indicator design, which is the adequate and informative tool for performing the problem situations diagnostics that can allow and influence on its development. The illustration of dynamic of the integral indicator varying as in numerical as in graphical view allows to make the conclusions about the practicability of management decisions making which prevent worsening of the current (present) condition of system development, and also are directed on supporting of its positive increasing. The methodological approach that is used in the article allows to evaluate as the present banking system activity in the context of economic ratios fulfillment, as the retrospective and predicted situation of varying dynamics of their numerical values. It is also important that fact that decision making of implementation the different ways of improvement of future indicators’ values with the aim to ensure the necessary predicted level of the integral indicator is possible only if the continuous stage by stage analysis and evaluation of retrospective and current results of banking system activity is performed.
