Особливості процесів діджиталізації у інноваційних виробничих кластерах

Abstract

В статті розглянуто питання щодо особливостей процесів діджиталізації у таких мережевих формуваннях, як інноваційні виробничі кластери. Зазначено, що мета діджиталізації – підвищення інноваційності, конкурентоспроможності та адаптивності кластеру в умовах глобальних технологічних змін. Визначено сутність цифрової трансформації кластеру. Зазначено, що основні вирішувальні задачі діджиталізації для членів кластеру стосуються майже усіх сфер його діяльності. Обґрунтовано, що загальний вплив її на економіку проявляється у створенні ефекта мультиплікатора: цифрові кластери стимулюють розвиток суміжних галузей – ІТ, логістики, освіти, енергетики;формуванні цифрової інфраструктури регіонів; зменшенні залежності від імпорту технологій (через локальну розробку та кооперацію); зростанні експорту інтелектуальних рішень; підвищенні ефективності публічного управління через публічно-приватне партнерство. Побудовано складові процесу діджиталізації виробничого інноваційного кластеру та визначено сутність і напрями дій цих складових. Розроблено повну систему оцінки зрілості кожної виділеної вище складової діджиталізації (KPI) та обґрунтовано механізм діагностики його цифрового стану. Наведено приклад застосування системи KPI цифрової зрілості до інноваційного виробничого кластеру «Мехатроніка» (умовно-реальна модель, адаптована для ілюстрації діагностики) та здійснено оцінку його цифрової зрілості за складовими.

The article considers the issue of the features of digitalization processes in such network formations as innovative production clusters. It is noted that the goal of digitalization is to increase the innovativeness, competitiveness and adaptability of the cluster in the conditions of global technological changes. The essence of the digital transformation of the cluster is determined. It is noted that the main decisive tasks of digitalization for cluster members relate to almost all areas of its activity. It is substantiated that its overall impact on the economy is manifested in the creation of a multiplier effect: digital clusters stimulate the development of related industries - IT, logistics, education, energy; the formation of digital infrastructure of regions; - reducing dependence on the import of technologies (through local development and cooperation); increasing the export of intelligent solutions; increasing the efficiency of public administration through public-private partnership. The components of the digitalization process of a production innovation cluster are constructed and the essence and directions of action of these components are determined. A complete system for assessing the maturity of each of the above-mentioned components of digitalization (KPI) has been developed and a mechanism for diagnosing its digital state has been substantiated.
