Удосконалення системи управління на підприємстві

Abstract

В сучасних ринкових умовах підприємства знаходяться в стані постійної конкуренції, тому для отримання максимального прибутку виникає необхідність постійно удосконалювати системи управління підприємством. З цією метою було докладно розглянуто існуючі моделі управління, проаналізовано етапи удосконалення системи управління, запропоновано метод сценаріїв. Також були виявлені шляхи вдосконалення системи управління підприємством, які будуть сприяти динамічності, перспективності управління, зростанню потенціалу, підвищенню професіоналізму в прийнятті рішень.In modern market conditions, enterprises are in a state of constant competition, so to get the maximum profit it is necessary to continuously improve the enterprise management systems. To this end, the existing management models such as American, Japanese and marketing models have been examined in detail, and the stages of improving the management system have been analyzed. The method of scenarios is proposed, the contribution of which to the further development of the company's strategy lies in the fact that the existing scenarios allow to develop a reasonable set of alternative strategies and will contribute to the achievement of the optimal result of the enterprise's activity. Also, ways of improving the enterprise management system were identified,which will contribute to the dynamism, perspectivity of management, increase of potential and professionalism in decision-making.
