Про рух математичного маятника

Abstract

З використанням періодичних еліптичних функцій Якобі одержано два варіанти аналітичного розв'язку нелінійного диференціального рівняння руху. Виведено замкнені формули для обчислення переміщень маятника у часі та періодів коливань, спричинених початковим відхиленням маятника від вертикального положення або наданою йому в цьому положенні початковою швидкістю. Наведено приклади розрахунків, де показано, що результати обчислень переміщень за виведеними формулами добре узгоджуються з результатами числового розв'язку задачі Коші на комп'ютері.

Two variants of the analytical solution to the nonlinear differential equation of motion are obtained using Jacobi periodic elliptic functions. Closed formula for computing the displacements of the pendulum in time and the periods of its oscillations, induced by the initial deflection from the vertical position or initial velocity communicated to the pendulum in this position, are derived. The computational examples are given. The results of calculating the displacements using the derived formula are in close agreement with the numerical results of solving the Cauchy problemusing computer.
