Формування основ антикризової стратегії фінансової безпеки Харківської області

Abstract

Визначено сутність фінансів регіону, обґрунтовано необхідність розробки стратегії фінансової безпеки в сучасних умовах; за допомогою спеціального методу (SWOT-аналіз) визначено матрицю, що дозволяє визначити взаємозв’язки між внутрішніми чинниками–сильними та слабкими сторонами об’єкту аналізу та зовнішніми факторами впливу–можливостями та загрозами розвитку регіональних фінансів; в результаті окреслено напрями реалізації стратегії фінансової безпеки Харківської області.

Essence of finances of region is certain, necessity of the effective functioning of elements of the financial system for introduction of events of the macroeconomic stabilizing in crisis terms; it is well-proven that the balanced of finances consists in forming and realization of events of financial regional politics, the necessity of development of strategy of financial safety is reasonable for modern terms; by means of the special method (SWOT-analysis) a matrix is certain, that allows to define intercommunications between internal factors - strengths and weaknesses of object of analysis and by the external factors of influence-possibilities and threats of development of regional finances; the ways of decision of important scientific problem of forming of bases of financial safety of the Kharkiv area are outlined as a result, development of the powerful and effective financial system with the aim of providing of the permanent economy growing in a region.
