Анотація
Представлены результаты разработки и практической реализации электромеханотронной системы малой мощности, в состав которой входят бесконтактный электродвигатель и шарико-волновой редуктор. Создана математическая модель электромеханотронной системы в среде Matlab-Simulink, позволившая рассчитать параметры и характеристики системы. Изготовлен макетный образец, испытания которого подтвердили работоспособность разработанной электромеханотронной системы.
Presentation of the results of development and practical implementation of an an electromechanotronic system of low power, which includes a brushless electric motor and a ball-wave gear. The calculations of the magnetic fields of the motor are carried out with the finite elements method by FEMM program. The calculations of the characteristics of the system are carried out with the Matlab-Simulink simulation model. As a result of calculations, the mechanical and electromechanical characteristics of the electromechanotronic system, which is designed, was obtained. Tests of the prototype model of the electromechanotronic system confirmed the principle workability of the adopted design and design solutions in its development. The use of the compact ball-wave gear and effective brushless motor are allowed to create small-size electromechanotronic system with maximum torque 30 Nm and rotation speed 50 rpm. The developed electromechanotronic system, through a combination of the brushless motor and ball-wave gear, provides high accuracy and smooth movement of the working body, have a high energy and mass-dimensions.
