Abstract
The simplified space diagram of work piece feeding mechanism construction, the mechanics’ kinematical diagram and mathematical model are designed. Also the control system block diagram of the iterative type two-channel feeding mechanism servodrive with feed nut adjunctive control for 24К60АФ4 type ultrahigh-precision metal-cutting machine tool is considered. Dynamic and accuracy characteristics computer simulation results for investigated two-channel servosystem efficiency estimation are provided.
