Метод виявлення явища помпажу у відцентрових нагнітачах газоперекачувальних агрегатів

Abstract

Розглядається важлива науково-практична задача автоматичного захисту компресора від помпажу, як явища, яке приводить до втрати працездатності газоперекачувального агрегату. Пропонується модель визначення зон втрати стійкості розв'язків системи диференціальних рівнянь. Визначено, що явище помпажу корелює з втратою стійкості розв'язків системи, яка описує взаємозв'язок між параметрами, що контролюються на діючих компресорних станціях. Встановлено тип кожної із точок положення рівноваги та як відповідні значення характеризують явище помпажу або виникнення передпомпажних ефектів.

The article deals with the problem of detecting the phenomenon of surging - the unstable operation of the compressor, characterized by various fluctuations in the flow and the flow of liquid or pumped gas, which is an actual scientific and practical problem, since the consequences of this phenomenon may be a change in the technological parameters of the object, their productivity, and in some cases to the loss of efficiency of the gas compressor unit. The research results is the type of each of the points of the equilibrium position, and how the corresponding values characterize the phenomenon of surging or the occurrence of anterior effects. As a scientific novelty, the model of determining the zones of stability loss of solutions of a system of differential equations is first proposed and it is determined that the surging phenomenon correlates with the loss of stability of the system solutions describing the relationship between the parameters that are monitored at operating compressor stations. Practical significance: the obtained results and the model can be used to study the pre-surge vibrations and surging phenomena in centrifugal blowers of gas compressor units of the booster compressor station on the basis of actual experimental data.
