Енергоефективні стратегії малого бізнесу в умовах інклюзивної економіки

Abstract

У статті досліджено роль малого бізнесу у формуванні інклюзивної економіки через впровадження енергоефективних стратегій. Проаналізовано зовнішні фактори (PEST-аналіз), що впливають на мале підприємництво у контексті «зеленого переходу». Визначено ключові напрямки стратегії: проведення енергоаудитів із державною підтримкою, використання відновлюваних джерел енергії, впровадження енергоефективних технологій та систем енергоменеджменту. Наведено пропозиції щодо покращення енергетичної політики МСП з урахуванням принципів інклюзивності. This article examines how small businesses can enhance resilience and competitiveness within an inclusive economy by adopting energy-efficient strategies. Using a political, economic, social and technological analysis, the study characterises external conditions that shape firms’ choices and derives actionable levers from national recovery policies and international practice. Six mutually reinforcing directions are proposed: professional energy audits and phased modernisation; on-site renewable energy generation; energy management and digital monitoring; upgrades to high-efficiency equipment; accessible green financing mechanisms; and cooperative solutions in eco-industrial parks and clusters. The contribution is a practical framework that embeds inclusiveness into energy strategy design via measurable indicators (employment and training of vulnerable groups) and a barrier-to-instrument matrix aligning obstacles with financing, advisory and regulatory tools. The recommended implementation sequence-audit, financing, implementation, management, monitoring-supports rapid savings and sustained performance. Findings indicate that combined measures reduce operating costs, lower carbon emissions and create green jobs while broadening participation in entrepreneurship. The framework is applicable to post-war recovery and regional development programmes and can guide policymakers and practitioners seeking cost-effective, socially inclusive energy transitions for small businesses.
