Задачи сварки в магнитных полях

Abstract

Рассмотрены процессы дуговой сварки металлических конструкций во внешнем поперечном магнитном поле с переносом электродного металла через дугу и без переноса. Проведена оценка индукции внешнего магнитного поля, позволяющая рассчитывать технические средства, которые ослабляют действие поля.In the paper it is shown, that the terms of modern production predetermine the necessity of welding on objects at presence of magnetic fields. The arc welding processes in the external transversal magnetic field are considered provided with transferring of electrode metals through arc and without it. Estimates of external magnetic field induction are chosen. On the base of these estimates technical means for reduction of the fields action can be proposed.
