Визначення технічного стану ємностей комбінованого типу в процесі їх експлуатації

Abstract

Розроблено засіб та методика визначення технічного стану ємностей комбінованого типу в процесі їх експлуатації. Запропоновано використовувати для неруйнівного контролю металевих лейнерів конструкцій комбінованого типу спеціальну автоматизовану систему, створену на базі високочастотного індуктивного давача як сенсора втрат металу в кожній точці контролю. Встановлено можливість використання опробуваної методики для визначення розривного внутрішнього тиску металевого лейнера за результатами оцінки фактичного стану його поверхні.The problems of transportation technology implementing of compressed natural gas in marine waters are considered in the article. The aim of the research is to determine the technical condition of capacities in the combined type of operation. In this article were analyzed operating characteristics of the combined type containers. It was offered to use special automated system created on the basis of high-frequency inductive sensor as sensor metal losses at each point of control for nondestructive testing of metal structures com bined type Leiner. It was set the possibility of using tested methods for determining the burst pressure metal Leiner the evaluation of the actual state of its surface. The research results will contribute to the implementation of a specific project in reality and will serve as support for technology in general.
