Структурный анализ схем машин обработки металлов давлением

Abstract

Проведен структурный анализ кинематических схем машин обработки металлов давлением, которые содержат внешние кинематические пары из твердого и пластически деформируемого звена. Определены внутренние и внешние избыточные связи. Получены дополнительные уравнения равновесия сил и баланса мощностей сил трения в очаге деформации для описания псевдокинематической связи "вращение инструмента – поступательное движение заготовки".

It is proposed to include in the kinematic scheme of machines of working metals by pressure the deformation area in the form of external kinematic pair that consists of rigid body (tool) and plastically deformed body (stock). In the accordance with method of prof. Ozols it is analyzed the structure of the typical scheme of mechanism of machine of working metals by pressure with variable structure and it is determined the external and internal redundant connections. During the steady process of deformation the sliding velocity in the external kinematic pair "tool – stock" is uneven. This velocity is determined using the condition of constant volume of the deformed material of the stock when the velocity of displacement of contact surface of the tool is constant and the velocity of displacement of material of the stock in the deformation area is variable. It is received additional equations for the description of pseudo-kinematic friction connections "rotation of the tool – motion of the stock along a line" by the methods of applied mechanics on basis of analyze of this external pair.
