Abstract

Article is devoted working out of a technique and algorithm of designing of chamber furnaces with constant temperature of the working space, the forge preparations intended for heating. The program is created, allowing to carry out calculations of thermal and constructive elements of the furnace, according to the set productivity, a material and the sizes of preparations. The program allows to accelerate technical calculations and to raise their accuracy, during too time it is training and allows to investigate influence of a temperature mode of heating, a material of preparation, fuel structure on heating process. Ways of creation of a universal complex design procedure for the basic types of ardent furnaces are planned.
