An approach to modeling of ultrasonic welding process based on tribo-logical system, which is defined as a kind of logical-mathematical structure whose elements are subsystems materials, radiation, dynamics, internal friction, thermodynamics and proper ultrasonic tool. Describes the construction of the individual subsystems and ultimately the formation of an essentially nonlinear process model
