Экспериментальная проверка метода определения профиля массивного соленоида, основанного на использовании системы кольцевых проводников

Abstract

The method for determining a contour of massive solenoid profile for magnetic-pulse crimping of metal cylindrical workpieces which based on using a system of elementary annular conductors with infinitesimal cross sectional area and corresponding Green’s function is experimentally verified. Solenoid profile which bounded by curvilinear contour is approximated by polygon. During the experiments, electric current pulses which have a shape of exponentially damped sine are flow through the solenoid. Frequency of the pulses are vary in range (40…225) kHz. Magnetic induction is measured by induction sensor. Electrical current is measured using bifilar shunt that is placed inside the pulsed current generator. It is stated that deviation of measured magnetic induction from given values does not exceed 6 % on the all range of pulse frequency, which confirms the method for determining a profile of massive solenoid, with ideal skin effect approximation.
