Abstract

Автор у статті розглядає цукрову промисловість як складову частину аграрної історії та на прикладі Червоно-Ярузького заводу цукрозаводчиків Харитоненків досліджує історію становлення галузі, основні етапи розвитку та функціонування буряко-цукрового заводу (кінець ХІХ – початок ХХ ст.).The author of the article considers the sugar industry as part of agricultural history and the example of Сhervono-Yaruzkoho Kharytonenko’s Sugar Factory explores the history of the formation of the industry, the main stages of the development and functioning of the beet-sugar factory (the end of ХІХ – to the beginning of ХХ century).
