Основні причини поширення бідності та стратегії її подолання

Abstract

У статті зазначено, що подолання бідності є однією з головних цілей сталого розвитку ООН. Наведено складові державної стратегії подолання бідності: підвищення рівня занятості, розвиток системи соціального захисту, інвестиції в освіту та охорону здоров'я, забезпечення рівного доступу до послуг. З'ясовано, що бідність значною мірою пов'язана з ефективністю функціонування державних інституційних факторів. Визначено основні напрями державної стратегії подолання бідності (підвищення рівня зайнятості та розвиток людського капіталу, розвиток ринку праці та зайнятості, модернізація системи соціального захисту, інвестиції в освіту та розвиток людського капіталу, зміцнення системи охорони здоров'я, розвиток інфраструктури та регіональної економіки, підтримка вразливих груп населення у період війни).The paper states that poverty eradication is one of the main goals of the UN sustainable development. The components of the state strategy for poverty eradication are presented: increasing employment, developing the social protection system, investing in education and healthcare, and ensuring equal access to services. It was found that poverty is largely related to the effectiveness of the functioning of state institutional factors. The main directions of the state strategy for overcoming poverty were determined (increasing the level of employment and development of human capital, development of the labor market and employment, modernization of the social protection system, investments in education and development of human capital, strengthening the health care system, development of infrastructure and regional economy, support for vulnerable groups of the population during the war).
