Abstract
Приведены экспериментальные результаты исследования влияния режимов резания на работоспособность режущих пластин «Сандвик Коромант» Н13А, МС221 и МС222, ВК8 с покрытием 0,18HfN+0,82ZrN при точении закаленной стали ШХ15 и исследовано влияние скорости резания и подачи на стойкость РИ, снимаемый объем материала за период стойкости и производительность обработки.
Experimental results of research of cutting condition of cutting plates of "Sandvik Koromant" Н13А and ВК8 with a covering 0,18HfN+0,82ZrN are resulted at turning the tempered steel ShKh 15 and research of influence speed cutting, throw in feed and depth cutting of their firmness and the removed volume of a material during firmness is shown and productivity.
