dc.description.abstractВ статье предложена автоматизированная система определения исхода инфаркта миокарда, которая позволяет определить вероятность летального исхода и предупредить внезапную коронарную смерть по данным клинико-инструментальных и клинико-лабораторных исследований на основе методов анализа выживаемости и вербального анализа. Для автоматизации учета больных с диагнозом «Инфаркт миокарда» и организации хранения данных предложена концептуальная модель базы данных. Предлагаемая система может быть использована в медицинских государственных и коммунальных учреждениях кардиологического профиля, а также в учебных заведениях при подготовке студентов-медиков.ru
dc.description.abstractIt is proposed an automated system for determining the outcome of myocardial infarction, which allows to record, process and analyze multiple diagnostically important, highly specialized information about patients with myocardial infarction and predict the state of the outcome of the disease in a patient, which is particularly important in acute and peracute period to further define tactics of therapeutic and diagnostic activities. The work is developed by the block diagram of the automated system of determining the outcome of myocardial infarction and a conceptual model for organizing the storage of patient data, the results of clinical, laboratory, and clinical and instrumental studies used in the subsequent rapid diagnosis and prognosis of the possible status of the patient after myocardial infarction. The practical significance of the developed system is in the its usage in a state and municipal medical cardiology institutions and departments of emergency medicine in determining the outcome of myocardial infarction and life expectancy, as well as a critical period for patients after acute myocardial infarction, as well as in the training of medical students in the educational institutions.en
