Сутність, особливості та деякі проблеми превентивного антикризового управління підприємством

Abstract

In the present article the certain problems of preventive crisis management are investigated. The modern enterprise management shall be based on the adaptation to the changing factors of internal and external enviroment as well as certain dedicated influence on these factors. The main responsibility for gathering of information which will be used for development of strategic and tactical measures, intended for crisis preventing shall be placed upon controlling unit. Preventive crisis management can be defined as a process of building desired future with the scenario planning as the important element.
