Abstract
Проведен анализ работы ТЭЦ в отопительный период, рассчитанна затрата сетевой воды за отопительный сезон 2003-2004. Указаны способы повышения качества теплоснабжения, приведенные результаты пробного телефонного опроса о качестве теплоснабжения, который был проведен 20.03.2010р.
