Teaching of national peculiarities in business ethicsas an important part of training at higher technical educational institutions
(ProQuest LLC, 2022) Lapuzina, Olena Mykolayivna
The goal of the study is to show how university teachers can help students acquire knowledge and practical skills based on international and national business ethics. In accordance with this, training materials and a package of business cases were created. Based on the results of a conducted survey, the importance of knowledge and skills related to national differences in business communication was confirmed. The implementation of the author's course “National Peculiarities of Business Ethics” would be an effective tool for developing business communication skills of modern specialists.

Study of the electrodynamic properties of composite ceramics
(Інститут хімії поверхні ім. О. О. Чуйка НАН України, 2023) Hryhoruk, V. I.; Oliynyk, V. V.; Zagorodniy, V. V.; Lisachuk, Georgiy Viktorovych; Kryvobok, Ruslan Viktorovych; Voloshchuk, Valentyna Vasylivna; Maystat, M. S.; Lapuzina, Olena Mykolayivna
Nowadays, people are constantly under the influence of electromagnetic radiation, which can cause health deterioration. The creation of ceramic materials that protect biological and technical objects from the negative effects of electromagnetic radiation is relevant for Ukraine and the world. The purpose of the study is to create composite ceramics with the addition of graphite and conduct experimental studies of the electrophysical properties of such material samples in the frequency range of 26–37.5 GHz. The results of experimental studies of the developed ceramics based on facing tiles with an electrically conductive additive of 10, 20, and 30 % wt. of graphite. To determine the parameters of the interaction of electromagnetic radiation with the samples, the modernized standard equipment – P2-65 microwave standing wave coefficient and attenuation meter, was used. The phase composition of the material was determined using the method of X-ray phase analysis using a DRON-3M diffractometer with CuKα radiation with a nickel filter. The developed composite ceramic materials meet the basic requirements for the operation of similar materials and can be used to weaken the high-frequency electromagnetic field inside premises located in the areas of radio radiation action, and for environmental purposes to reduce the intensity of the electromagnetic field outside the premises where sources of radio radiation are present. Thus, the developed composite ceramics have characteristics that allow them to be used in construction and in electronic devices for the purpose of effective shielding of harmful radio radiation, and the developed ceramics, according to the classification, can be classified as radio-absorbing.

Self-learning guide "Mathematics in questions and answers. Part 3"
(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2021) Lapuzina, Olena Mykolayivna
This methodic guide is designed for international students who study at the preparatory departments of Ukrainians universities. In this methodic guide students can find the basic theoretical questions and answers for the main topics to be covered during the Math educational course (2 semester). The special attention to the basic concepts of the Mathematics theory and scientific style in Mathematics are focused in the methodic guide. The methodic guide includes some basic problems of Sequences, Limits, Derivatives, Integrals and Geometry. Active learning style encouraged throughout, helping students really get to grip with the theory and getting them ready for successful mastery of higher Mathematics course. This methodic guide may be useful for international students of preparatory courses at universities, secondary schools, high schools and colleges. The book is also intended to be useful for Mathematics teachers who work with international students. Authors believe that this methodic guide should not just be a collection of mathematical facts carefully laid out, so the student can open it and cram in whatever formula they have to remember for tomorrow's exam. A Math methodic guide, especially for international students, should be full of questions, not just exercises. Questions that require some thought to answer. After all, "it's the questions that keep the students interested, not the answers." The basic issues of the theory give the possibility to address gaps in knowledge, acquire the knowledge needed for all major sections from the school Mathematics and revise the theory independently, without any other assistance.
