D.; Kotova, AnnaThe combined method of flow parameters control of conveyor transport system is researched in this article. A transport system a distributed model with input accumulative bunker is developed for the optimal control synthesis. The transport system model is presented in dimensionless form. Expressions are obtained that determine the states of flow parameters along the transport route. The amount of transport delay was calculated for each technological position of the transport route at an arbitrary point in time. A system of characteristic equations is written down, the solution of which determines the trajectory of movement of a separate element of the transported material. Conditions are considered under which the material output flow does not depend on the initial filling of the conveyor section with the material. The algorithm of optimal control development of the material flow rate at the output from the accumulative bunker and the conveyor belt speed, which ensures the minimum deviation of the output cargo flow from a planned amount, is given. The optimal control algorithm takes into account the restrictions on the control modes of flow parameters and the volume of the accumulating bunker. The main factors of the occurrence of the dynamic resistance in the conveyor system are defined. It is demonstrated what the propagation speed of perturbations substantially depends on the loading level of the conveyor system with the material. When constructing a model of dynamic stresses, Hooke's law was used, which is an accurate approximation for most sol-id bodies, as long as the forces and deformations are small enough. The main attention in the article is given to the causes of dynamic stresses at the start of the conveyor system. When calculating the deformations, the inertia forces of the moving material and tape are taken into account. The main macro parameters of the state of the production line and the relationship between them are determined. The analysis of the main characteristics of models of elastic elements, which are used to analyze the occurrence of the dynamic stresses in a moving conveyor belt, is presented. A boundary value problem for elastic longitudinal vibrations in a conveyor belt with a moving material is formulated. It is assumed that the deformation of the conveyor belt element corresponds to the Kelvin-Voigt model and there is no sliding of the moving material on the belt. When determining the forces of resistance to motion acting on an element of the belt, the recommendations of DIN 22101: 2002-08 were used. The analysis of the Kelvin-Voigt model of the elastic element is carried out and the distinctive features of the model are demonstrated. The justification of the choice of the Kelvin-Voigt model of an elastic element for describing the process of occurrence of the longitudinal vibrations in a conveyor belt is given. The dependence of the non-uniform flow of material and the magnitude of tensions in the belt is estimated. An expression is written for the speed of propagation of disturbances along a moving conveyor belt with the material. The reasons for the acceleration and deceleration of the conveyor belt associated with the uneven supply of material at the entrance of the transport system are determined. The relationship between the speed of a conveyor belt and the mass of material along a section of the conveyor is demonstrated. It is shown that an increase in the power of the electric motor at the start and acceleration of the conveyor belt, as well as a decrease in power during the braking and stopping of the conveyor belt, is the cause of the appearance of dynamic stresses in it. The characteristic phases of the initial movement of the conveyor belt with the material are analyzed. The process of occurrence of dynamic tensions with the constant and variable acceleration of the conveyor belt for the phase of acceleration and deceleration of the conveyor belt is investigated. For the analysis, a dimensionless model of a conveyor line was used. An expression is obtained for static and dynamic tensions in the conveyor belt. The amplitude of oscillations of dynamic stresses and the characteristic time of damping of oscillations in a conveyor belt is estimated. A quadratic dependence of the speed of damping of a wave of dynamic tensions with an increase in the oscillation frequency is demonstrated. An inversely proportional dependence of the characteristic decay time of the generated dynamic tensions on the value of the viscosity coefficient of the composite material of the conveyor belt is shown.Документ Optimal stabilization algorithm for production line flow parameters(Національний університет "Запорізька політехніка", 2020) Pihnastyi, O. M.; Khodusov, V. D.; Kazak, V. Yu.Context. A method for constructing an algorithm for stabilizing the interoperability of a production line is considered. The object of the study was a model of a multi-operational production line. Objective. The goal of the work is to develop a method for constructing an optimal algorithm for stabilizing the flow parameters of a production line, which provides asymptotic stability of the state of flow parameters for a given quality of the process. Method. A method for constructing an algorithm for stabilizing the level of interoperative backlogs of a multi-operational production line is proposed. The stabilization algorithm is based on a two-moment PDE-model of the production line, which made it possible to represent the production line in the form of a complex dynamic distributed system. This representation made it possible to define the stabilizing control in the form of a function that depends not only on time but also on the coordinates characterizing the location of technological equipment along the production line. The use of the method of Lyapunov functions made it possible to synthesize the optimal stabilizing control of the state of interoperation backlogs at technological operations of the production line, which ensures the asymptotic stability of the given unperturbed state of the flow parameters of the production line at the lowest cost of technological resources spent on the formation of the control action. The requirement for the best quality of the transition process from a disturbed state to an unperturbed state is expressed by the quality integral, which depends both on the magnitude of the disturbances that have arisen and on the magnitude of the stabilizing controls aimed at eliminating these disturbances. Results. On the basis of the developed method for constructing an algorithm for stabilizing the state of flow parameters of a production line, an algorithm for stabilizing the value of interoperation backlogs at technological operations of a production line is synthesized. Conclusions. The use of the method of Lyapunov functions in the synthesis of optimal stabilizing control of the flow parameters of the production line makes it possible to provide asymptotic damping of the arising disturbances of the flow parameters with the least cost of technological resources spent on the formation of the control action. It is shown that in the problem of stabilizing the state of interoperative backlogs, the stabilizing value of the control is proportional to the value of the arising disturbance. The proportionality coefficient is determined through the coefficients of the quality integral and the Lyapunov function. The prospect of further research is the development of a method for constructing an algorithm for stabilizing the productivity of technological operations of a production line.Документ Development of the controlling speed algorithm of the conveyor belt based on TOU tariffs(2020) Pihnastyi, O. M.; Khodusov, V. D.The article considers the synthesis of an optimal discrete control algorithm for the conveyor belt speed, based on the use of Time-Of-Use tariffs. Methods have been investigated that reduce the consumption of electricity required to transport material from the extracted place to the place of processing. It is shown that the uneven distribution of material along the transportation route for long multi-section conveyors leads to a significant increase in the share of transportation costs among the total costs of material extraction. The systems for controlling the flow parameters of the transport system are analyzed to ensure uniform distribution of material along the transport route and reduce the cost of transporting material. It has been demonstrated that energy management methodology is an effective tool to reduce the cost of material transportation. Analyzed the common classes of tariffs using electricity by industrial enterprises, which can be successfully used in the design of control systems for flow parameters of the conveyor line. When synthesizing algorithms for regulating the speed of the belt, the model of primary friction and the assumption of the absence of a stress wave in the belt during instantaneous switching of the speed modes were used. An analytical model of the conveyor is presented in a dimensionless form, taking into account the transport delay. The problem of optimal control of the speed of the conveyor belt at fixed energy consumption for the considered control interval is formulated. The ranges of variation of the model parameters are estimated. An algorithm for optimal regulation of the belt speed using the coefficients Ukraine – TOU periods is synthesized. M.; Khodusov, V. D.The problem of designing a system for optimal control of random deviations of flow parameters of a production line from the planned value is considered. The PDE-model of the production line was used as a foundation for the development of an algorithm for optimal control of the parameters production line. The method of Lyapunov functions was used to construct a system of operational control of flow parameters of production lines. The problem of stabilization of the value flow parameters of the production line (the task of operational control of the flow production) is formulated. The equations for the production line parameters in small disturbances are obtained. To assess the technological resources of the production system, which spent on the formation of control actions, the integral of the production line quality was introduced, the minimum value of which corresponds to the rapid damping of the flow parameters disturbance. Taking into account the specified quality criterion, the Lyapunov function of the production line is determined.
