Despite the increasing prominence of social enterprises, the factors influencing consumer behavior towards them are under-researched. This paper seeks to fill that gap by reviewing the literature on consumer behavior and social enterprises, focusing on the role of social innovation. Through a systematic literature review, it identifies key factors influencing consumer engagement, including ethical concerns, perceived social impact, trust, and transparency. This study contributes to the growing body of literature on social innovation and consumer behavior, offering insights for both academics and practitioners seeking to enhance the relationship between consumers and socially innovative organizations.
