    It is shown, that economic potential of energy saving, accessible to processes integration of the examined fat plant is equal 232 thousand dollars of the USA that makes 76 % of cost of the energy consumed working processes without consideration of other consumers, and 15 % of cost of the energy consumed by factory.

    In this work the possibility of ammonia low potential heat utilization is investigated with use of process integration methodology. The two operation modes are considered. The first one is the use of ammonia gas superheating and partly ammonia condensation. The low condensation temperature of ammonia is limiting the low potential heat usage. The second option is introduction of ammonia additional compression to increase the temperature of ammonia condensation. The low potential heat consumers are the hot water supply system, air preheating system and air heating for the fans.

    The energy consumption in hypophosphite production process was defined after it observation it. The values of hot and cold utilities were defined too. In the paper was shown that heat exchange system have a disadvantages which carry on to big value of energy consumption. With the help of pinch design methods was made the project of heat recuperation system. Use this project can give profit about 1,18 million US dollars in the year. Pay back period of this project is about fourteen months.
