    Principles of using the mathematical models of combat activities and means of destructions during operational preparation of the troops

    Development of information and computer technology requires a qualitatively new approach to the application of mathematical modeling of combat activities and activities of guns damage in planning proccesses. The article describes the history of mathematical models of combat activities and combat means of destructions, and their development paths of the use of troops in process of preparation of the operational activities. The possibilities of using mathematical models of operations (combat and fire destruction) in process of the preparation and conduct of operational preparations were considered. The urgency of the issue in this case is determined by the increased intensity of researches and supply of armed forces with information technology carried out in different countries.The analysis shows that it is necessary to use mathematical programming to predict the operations by comander and command and control staff during operational preparation.

    Development of field signal centers based on the modern telecommunication technologies

    Nowadays, one of the main directions of the military management system development is the improvement and wide automation of field communication networks of the military authorities. Therefore, states continue to advance their tactical networks to counter these emerging threats, enable new forms of maneuver and maintain integration with military Information Technology services available stateside-all while taking advantage of rapid innovation from the commercial IT industry. Moreover, when analyzing electromagnetic compatibility of radio-electronic means, it is important to know the factors affecting on modules interaction in network. Radio-electronic means is the ability to work without any disturbance under the influence of coincident electromagnetic interferences, without interfering with the radio-electronic means used by the others radio-electronic sets. In this paper, the role of modern telecommunication technologies in development of field signal centers has been shown, and a military field signal center have been proposed to set up in the form of modules.

    Development of UAV SOS flight combat reconnaissance mission program

    Systemof systems (SoS) conception for dynamic objects group have been become a very important direction in various areas on science and industry, including military. SoS is consisted of components which solve one task and on the whole jointing own properties and possibilities these components creat the complex system with new qualities. SoS is such system which during various operations combines and joints itself a synergetics of comands, control functions, network and feedback information change. In given paper, development of the combat task program of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles System of Systems offered version has been presented. Usually, the land control center manage UAVs by using of radio wireless. But it has shortcomings: 1) a radio wireless can be destroy, and in the best case UAV does not emplement task and self returns base; 2) an enemy taps the radio wireless and carry out UAVs control. The creation of SoS onthe basis of UAVs eliminates these flaws. In accordance with written in memory software program, UAVs SoS isself-controlled by infra-red (IR) wireless using “feedback” principle and it implement combat task independently. If some of UAVs loss IR-wireless then it (or they) return land control center independently. If some of UAVs is destroyed under enemy fire then other UAVs continue to implement a combat task. The Hamilton equations of motion of the given system has been obtained. The IR wireless between UAVs, radio wireless between UAVs and land control post, and UAVs flight control conditions havebeen offered. It is shown that Unmanned Aerial Vehicle System-of-System complex can implement in various military reconnaissance tasks.

    Effectiveness of artillery systems

    The essence of the problem of artillery system effectiveness factors determination has been disclosed in the paper. On the base of the hypothesis of presentation possibility of effectiveness factors of artillery systems as linear combination of performance characteristics, the method of effectiveness factors calculation for the new artillery systems of the same category it has been offered. By this model using the effectiveness factors for the several artillery systems have been calculated, by compare of obtained data with their effectiveness factors, the adequacy of constructed mathematical model has been shown. At the same, with purpose of investigation of the "discrepancy" between the linear combination coefficients and the influence feature on effectiveness factor of relevant performance characteristic, the correlation between performance characteristics and the correlation between each performance characteristic and performance characteristic have been investigated, also Pirson’s linear correlations coefficients have been calculated. The efficiency coefficient dependence on battle characteristics (artillery firepower, mobility, durability and applicability) and on the performance characteristicshas been modelled. The "discrepancy" in the signs and the values of the performance characteristics coefficients has been explained by various impacts on the combat characteristics of artillery sets.
