    Increase of innovative susceptibility of personnel in industrial enterprises

    In modern conditions of innovative development, the most important resource of production companies and corporations is the innovative susceptibility (IS) of personnel. The key to this is an innovative organization of Human Recourse Management System (HRMS). Accordingly, the task of the study is to analyze the typical HRMS structures of Ukrainian enterprises in comparison with the global ones in order to form an innovative HRMS development strategy and, on this basis, to increase IS of stuff. The goal of this study is to compare the levels of HRMS development in advanced global companies and Ukrainian enterprises in the field of industrial automation. As part of this study, methodological, statistical analysis method of technical and economic characteristics of Ukrainian and world leaders of enterprises in the field of industrial automation are used. The research methodology consists in processing and disclosing theoretical and methodical units and practical recommendations, which requires the use of innovative personnel using personal industrial enterprises engaged in industrial automation. The HRMS has an impact on personnel, and personnel has an impact on HRMS, without enhancing the personnel IS HRMS will not give positive results from the introduction of innovative innovations in the innovative activities of the IS personnel.

    Efficiency of human resource management in industrial automation enterprises with prospects of innovative susceptibility

Accordingly, the task of the study is to analyze the typical HRMS structures of Ukrainian enterprises in comparison with the global ones in order to form an innovative HRMS development strategy and, on this basis, to increase IS of stuff. The goal of this study is to compare the levels of HRMS development in advanced global companies and Ukrainian enterprises in the field of industrial automation. As part of this study, methodological, statistical analysis method of technical and economic characteristics of Ukrainian and world leaders of enterprises in the field of industrial automation are used. As well as, comparative analysis method to characterize the organizational management structures of enterprises; method of expert and analytical assessments of HRMS, including analytical trend analysis to characterize the dynamics of the influence of the HRMS subsystems of industrial automation enterprises on the level of innovative susceptibility of personnel. The result of the study is to obtain an assessment of the impact of HRMS subsystems of industrial automation enterprises on the level of innovation susceptibility of personnel, as well as the formation of the potential field of innovation susceptibility of personnel based on measures to increase the innovation of organizational management systems of an enterprise.

    Research of innovative susceptibility of HR management systems in the context of analysis of world and Ukrainian information sources

    This material is devoted to the analysis of information sources in the field of management of human resource management systems (HRMS) in order to identify trends in their development. Best practices of European and world companies, which can be applied at Ukrainian enterprises, are considered. A comparative analysis of the main indicators of the complexity of reflecting the problems of HR management on the world and Ukrainian databases of electronic resources is made. A number of factors that hamper the growth of research in the field of HRMS are identified; recommendations on activities that will lead to an improvement of the innovative susceptibility (IS) of the HRMS of Ukrainian enterprises are made.

    This article is dedicated to research of the electronic resources of the world and Ukrainian university libraries in the area of Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) for purposes of identifying trends, regularities and forming complex measures regarding their efficiency improvement. In the course of research the analysis of indicators of publishing activity performance was made. Increment rate indicators were calculated. Growth trends of HRMS publications in the world and Ukrainian scientific libraries were determined.

    Influence of corporate social networks on the innovative receptivity of personnel, by example of Bitrix24 software (VO OVEN Ltd)

    Introduction. Increasing the innovative receptivity (IR) of personnel using intra-corporate social networks (CSN) is a pressing problem. Problem Statement. Currently, Ukraine is actively discussing the problems of digital transformations in the economy, as well as the importance of digital initiatives and research in this industry, as evidenced by the Conception for the development of the digital economy and society of Ukraine for 2018—2020 and a respective action plan for the implementation of this Conception (approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine) adopted in January 2018. Theoretical and practical issues of analyzing the impact of intra-corporate communications in the CSN on the development of competencies and IR of employees have not been fully developed so far. Purpose. To identify trends and effect of CSN on personnel ІR by example of Bitrix24 software in VO OVEN Ltd. Materials and Methods. Methods for comparative analysis of local and international CSN operation in Ukraine and throughout the world; analysis of the use of Bitrix24 software in the Ukrainian company. Results. The ways to increase the IR of personnel using CSN and classic Internet portal have been shown. The CSN services in the system of corporate business tasks and their authentication with conventional human resources management system have been analyzed. The domains of effective CSN application in American corporations and in VO OVEN Ltd (Ukraine) have been compared. Data summary of Bitrix24 information messages (live news feed) in VO OVEN Ltd for 2017 and for the 1st quarter of 2018 has been given. Based on research results, a new HRMS function has been implemented to show the dataware of personnel and the realization of technical and economic processes for developing CSN under current conditions. Conclusions. To ensure an adequate perception of digital technologies on industrial corporations, Ukraine needs highly qualified personnel with digital skills and competences. One of the options to develop these competences is to use CSN.
