Документ Towards Structuring of Electronic Marketplaces Contents: Items Normalization Technology(2020) Cherednichenko, Olga; Yanholenko, Olha; Vovk, Maryna; Sharonova, NataliiaThe E-commerce industry is going strong and is bringing a great profit to its stakeholders. However, there is probably no buyer of the e-marketplace who has not faced the issues connected with inappropriate search results or inadequate filtering and recommendation of irrelevant products. Modern search and collaborative filtering algorithms of e-commerce systems do work well with the input data of high quality but the reality is that often items’ description contains inaccuracies and incompleteness, which negatively affects the results. The given paper suggests the concept of e-marketplace items normalization which goal is to provide the unified and standardized patterns of items inside the system that can be used by search and filtering algorithms. Items normalization is implemented based on the algebra of predicates models specified in this work. The case study deals with constructing normalized models of knapsacks items from the online sports store. The developed models allowed to build 141 normalized item patterns with a unified set of attributes and their values.Документ Issues of Fact-based Information Analysis(2018) Sharonova, Natalia Valeriyevna; Doroshenko, Anastsiia; Cherednichenko, OlgaWith the recent growth of Internet, mobile and social networks the spread of fake news and click-baits increases drastically. Today, the fact retrieval system is one of the most effective tools for identifying the information for decision-making. We propose the approach based on factual information systematization. Different interpretations of the same phenomenon, as well as the inconsistency, inaccuracy or mismatch in information coming from different sources, lead to the task of factual information extraction. In this work, we explore how can natural language processing methods help to check contradictions and mismatches in facts automatically. The reference model of the factbased analytical system is proposed. It consists of such basic components as Document Search component, Fact retrieval component, Fact Analysis component, Visualization component, and Control component.Документ Towards the ontology-based approach for factual information matching(Друкарня Мадрид, 2018) Sharonova, Natalia Valeriyevna; Doroshenko, Anastsiia; Cherednichenko, OlgaFactual information is information based on facts or relating to facts. The reliability of automatically extracted facts is the main problem of processing factual information. The fact retrieval system remains one of the most effective tools for identifying the information for decision-making. In this work, we explore how can natural language processing methods and problem domain ontology help to check contradictions and mismatches in facts automatically.
