(LLC "СPС "Business Perspectives", 2020) Rayevnyeva, Olena; Aksonova, Iryna; Brovko, Olha; Filip, Stanislav
In the current conditions of development of the international and national economy, an important task of statistical research is to conduct an objective and timely assessment and modeling of the relationship between indicators of economic and social development. Based on the results of these studies, reasonable management influences of the state on the adjustment and regulation of the country’s development are accepted. The article is devoted to the study of the relationship between the main components of economic and social development of the country and the construction of a set of models for forecasting the prospects of the country. The object of the study is the socio-economic condition of the country. The article proposes an algorithmic model for assessing the impact of economic development on society, which allows to identify key economic indicators that influence and shape the social development of the country. The practical value of the algorithmic model is to develop a system of evaluation and selection as a result of modeling the most significant factors that shape the social development of the country. The study confirmed the hypothesis of the dominant impact of economic development on society and determined that the main economic factors are the level of competencies that satisfy the modern labour market, technical development of businesses and their competitiveness in markets.

The impact of sensitivity of economic activities on the economic behaviour of enterprise
(Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics, 2022) Rayevnyeva, Olena; Filip, Stanislav; Aksonova, Iryna; Brovko, Olha; Rui, Su
At the present stage of development of the world economy which is characterized by a high level of instability and chaotic economic processes, the urgent task of enterprise management is to study their market behavior, taking into account existing and hidden links with internal processes and external influences. Since all types of economic activity react differently to the instability of the external environment, it is important to analyze the operating conditions and performance of enterprises in these types of activities. The purpose of the article is to form general recommendations for the development of strategies and tactics for the behavior of enterprises of various types of economic activity on the market, depending on their sensitivity to the influence of external factors. Scientific research methods used in our work are as follows: comparative and content analysis, graphical, structural-dynamic methods, coefficient and cluster analyses. The article proposes an algorithmic model for the formation of the economic behavior of an enterprise, depending on the level of sensitivity of the type of activity. Trends in the development of types of activities are analyzed and an indicator of the sensitivity of types of economic activity to environmental influences is proposed. Clustering was carried out according to the proposed indicator and 3 clusters were identified according to the level of types of economic activity sensitivity to market fluctuations. The portrait of enterprises was formed depending on their expectations and their comparison with actually achieved indicators. The implementation of the proposed model and the developed recommendations will be of interest to company leaders for the formation of a market behavior strategy.

Management and modelling of the industrial enterprise's crisis situations
(LLC "СPС "Business Perspectives", 2020) Rayevnyeva, Olena; Brovko, Olha; Filip, Stanislav; Aksonova, Iryna; Derykhovska, Viktoriia
In conditions of national economy’s unstable development, the primary task of the enterprise internal management is to timely assess and predict the effects of external fluctuations on the state of the enterprise and to develop effective management decisions. The article aims to develop the methodological approach, which, based on a set of models for recognizing an artificial crisis or localizing a natural crisis, allows the crisis management of an enterprise considering its resource capabilities and stage of the life cycle as the interaction of system-forming spheres of life, namely production, financial, and labor. The practical value of the approach consists in developing a system of econometric and cognitive modeling models that allows developing a set of managerial decisions that are adaptive to external and internal fluctuations for localizing a natural crisis or recognizing an artificial crisis. The methodological approach was implemented at Ukrainian industrial enterprises. As the results of the study, several different scenarios of solutions for crisis management of the enterprise were obtained.
