    Fundamentals of the management mechanism of innovative production commercialization of industrial enterprise

    Summarizing the above, the authors have developed and scientifically substantiated the methodological and theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation and functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism of commercialization of innovative products of industrial enterprises (OEMCIPIE). The essence and content of the OEMCIPIE components, the main functions, principles of functioning and structure, instrumental and methodological support, organizational aspects of functioning are determined. An approach to developing a market-oriented concept of an innovative product, as well as an approach to managing its commercialization strategies, are proposed and substantiated. The practical implementation of the scientific and applied research deliverables will provide an opportunity to solve the problem of increasing the efficiency of the commercialization strategies of innovative products of industrial enterprises, which operate in conditions of high degree uncertainty and risk.

    Marketing and logistic support of Ukrainian regional markets for innovative products distribution

    The integrated assessment of marketing support and level of logistics potential of Ukrainian regional markets according to the proposed structure is carried out. The study was carried out by determining the essence of marketing resources and logistics potential of regions that, as a result, reflects their focus on the formation of an effective policy of distribution of innovative products of industrial enterprises. A matrix that reflects the grouping of Ukrainian regions in zones with balanced and unbalanced levels of appraisal indicators is provided.

    Nowadays the main strategic goal of companies can be described as the improvement of the efficiency in order to achieve higher profitability. Under these circumstances, information systems and technologies should be considered as key tools that allow to achieve higher levels of business efficiency and productivity. They allow businesses to create new products and services, as well as brand new business models. Innovations in ICT and management information systems have led to significant changes in managerial methods, processes and vision. The aim of the re-search is the development and justification of theoretical and methodological foundations of the information support system’s formation for marketing innovative decisions. The comparative and statistical analysis, method of generalization, system and structural analysis, structural and logical modeling, fundamentals of marketing and management, scientific findings devoted to the study of information support of decision-making were used to achieve the goals of the study. As a result, the authors have developed the principles of forming an information support system for marketing innovative decisions in Ukrainian companies. The functions, marketing information system’s structure and its components interactions, sequence and content of stages of MID de-velopment and creation, information flows interactions scheme are developed. The research re-sults contribute to the theoretical and practical principles of innovation management in terms of increasing the level of information support for marketing innovative decisions in Ukrainian com-panies.
