Публікація Assessment of patent value using its citation index(2022) Pererva, P. G.; Kobielieva, Tetiana; Kosenko, OleksandraUsing the example of patents, the issue of assessing the value of intellectual property objects is highlighted, taking into account the indicator (index) of their citations in scientific literature. A study of the types of patent citations was conducted, to which the authors include citations from an article to a patent, from a patent to a patent, from a patent to an article. It is proposed to use criteria for classification of patent citations using two indicators. Firstly, taking into account the scope of use of the citation - whether in the field of scientific action of the patent or beyond it, and secondly, taking into account the subject of citation - the citation is carried out by another patent owner or self-citation is carried out by the owner of this patent. Peculiarities of patent citation in comparison with methods of traditional citation of scientific works are revealed. For the first time, special attention is paid to the nature of the citation itself: positive or negative. It is substantiated that taking into account in the calculation of the citation index quotes with a negative content contributes to the decline of scientific discussion, since the mention of opponents in ranking articles directly affects the value of their citation index, which does not always objectively reproduce the actual scientific merits of one or another scientist.Документ Economic substantiation of outsourcing the information technologies and logistic services in the intellectual and innovative activities of an enterprise(Технологический центр, 2021) Pererva, P. It was proved that not every enterprise has a possibility to ensure its information and logistic activities using its own capabilities, so the possibilities of using outsourcing systems are becoming especially relevant. General features of outsourcing of information technologies and logistic services were determined. The most important of them include the mandatory existence of interaction between a supplier and a customer regarding the business processes of an enterprise. It was substantiated that several important types of outsourcing are used in the area of intellectual innovation activities of enterprises: complete and partial outsourcing, outsourcing of a joint type, outsourcing of the intermediate type, outsourcing of intellectual and innovative type. The method for synthesis of indicators of economic efficiency of outsourcing of information and logistic services of direct and indirect action for the economic evaluation of its effectiveness was proposed. This approach makes it possible to fully evaluate the benefits of outsourcing in comparison with the variant when they are implemented by an enterprise using its own capabilities. The basis of the proposed method is the ratio of indicators that reproduce the advantages obtained due to outsourcing. The implementation of this method makes it possible to ensure an important relationship between the process of development of information or logistic service and the required quality. Studies conducted at the enterprises of the Kharkiv industrial region showed that only three out of eight studied enterprises have economic grounds for using outsourcing. In particular, an effective compliance control service, including compliance risk assessment, is important to achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the corporation (for example, when acquiring or selling a business, the initial and subsequent placement of stocks and bonds in foreign capital markets, obtaining foreign loans, attracting foreign loans, attracting strategic foreign investors). Hence the increased interest on the part of practitioners to analyze the impact of compliance control functions on the implementation of corporate governance principles, as well as the identification of those subject areas of corporate management that require constant compliance support. The article proposes the creation of a compliance service on the basis of four lines of compliance protection. Recommendations are given on the conduct of each line of compliance protection. The concept of three lines of protection is analyzed in detail, the cell is widely known in banking. Recommendations on its adaptation to the conditions of industrial enterprise are developed.
