The processes of infringement of intellectual property rights in the market of technology products. Determined significant amount of economic loss holders in violation of their exclusive rights. Methodical provisions for the economic evaluation of the opportunity costs of original (licensed) production (owners) in violation of intellectual property rights, the amount of which the authors linked to the first degree holder to use their production capacity. Formed structure of unit holders lost potential and offered economic and mathematical models to determine. Theoretical proposals authors illustrated with specific examples from the practice of Ukrainian machine-building enterprises.
