    The problems of assessing the economic efficiency of information systems were considered on the example of the retail business. The features of the business model of enterprises that significantly affect functional requirements for information systems and priorities were considered. Multicriterial evaluation problems were considered. Development of the software that will perform multicriterial assessment of information systems for retail trade based on user-entered data were proposed. The software users were divided into categories depending on their theoretical knowledge in the field of marketing and trade and experience with information systems.

    This document describes the use of fuzzy logic in evaluating an automated testing system. Testing is a key factor in improving software reliability. Popular automated testing systems and a brief description are introduced. Fuzzy logic and selection of quality criteria is described. A system selection formula is proposed.
