V.It has been proven that startups are companies created on the basis of the introduction of one technology. Due to the narrow range of intellectual property objects available to a startup company and there is no need for a separately developed intellectual property management strategy. Thus, we see a difference in approaches to managing intellectual property not only between organizations from different spheres and forms of economic structure, but also within the designated groups. The purpose of this study is to form market processes for commercializing intellectual property objects at industrial enterprises, finding the most effective option for their introduction into economic circulation. The theoretical investigation of the problem made it possible to identify and analyze various possible conceptual approaches to commercializing intellectual property in an industrial enterprise. V.The analysis of modern management concepts indicates the need to implement approaches and principles ensuring the integrity of the research object as the social, ecological, and economic system, which is a separate enterprise or region. Such approach allow to consider issues as complex at each level and identifying risks, making forecasts regarding changes in the environment, evaluating opportunities for development and ensuring an acceptable life quality for people, the human development level in terms of natural resource and environmental limitations and other local and global challenges. Currently, the need to accumulate human intellectual efforts is becoming more and more obvious. It forms a new paradigm of its existence in the conditions of non-antagonistic self-development and coexistence with the surrounding world, economic interests’ subordination to interests of ecological expediency and social responsibility. Therefore, it is necessary to form a new management paradigm with worldview level emphasis and basic values that combine environmental, economic, social, and political aspects. This monograph based on the authors research results, which developing the ideas of the sustainable development transition necessary, and basics of a green economy and a socially oriented market economy. The presented materials have both applied (theoretical and methodological) and didactic value, as they demonstrate the implementation conditions and features of effective management’s tools and methods to solve urgent development problems of enterprises, activity spheres and territories. V.A detailed analysis of the negative trends in the development of intellectual property has been carried out, which create significant risks for Ukraine to lag behind technological leaders, reduce the independence and competitiveness of the economy, and devalue domestic investments in science and technology. The main ways of commercialization of intellectual property are determined: the use of intellectual property rights in one's own production; the introduction of rights to objects of intellectual property rights in the authorized capital of the enterprise; transfer (sale) of intellectual property rights. In some cases, society even exerts an inhibitory effect on the process of carrying out fundamental scientific developments to create practical opportunities for the application of fundamental scientific developments.
