    Research of basic models of transfer of intellectual and innovative technologies and directions of their development

    The article examines various forms and methods of transfer of intellectual technologies in the period from 1950 to the present time. It is substantiated that at different stages of social development, the ways of transferring intellectual technologies are different. At the initial stage, technology transfer was mainly carried out on the basis of agreements between top managers. After the industrial revolution, these processes were implemented at the expense of mandatory external investments in production capital. Today, technology transfer is mainly carried out through market-oriented commercial forms. Thus, technology transfer increasingly demonstrates its unique market-oriented characteristics, the specific features of which can be manifested in the following types and characteristics.

    Advertising of intellectual property refers to the introduction of an invention, a utility model, an industrial model of a product or the use of a method protected by a patent into commercial circulation. In patent law, the most important concept determining patentability is novelty, i.e., prior art uncertainty, which includes all information that has become publicly available in the world prior to the filing date. Advertising can be a means of their disclosure of information, on the basis of which novelty is determined, and in relation to invention - and inventive level. You can advertise that a product is protected by a patent only if it is true. Otherwise, such advertising will be unreliable and will be considered an act of unfair competition. To create high-quality advertisements, you need to make some creative efforts.

    Research of forms and methods of commercialization of intellectual property objects

    The article provides a scientific substantiation of the methodological foundations of modeling the process of specialization of intellectual technologies, development based on basic models for different conditions of their use, formulation of proposals for the organization of specialization of technologies at industrial enterprises. It is proved that commercialization of intellectual property is one of the most important tasks of innovation activity. It is substantiated that it is through the processes of commercialization that intellectual and innovative technologies enter the market. The introduction of intellectual property objects into economic circulation can be carried out by various methods and forms, which differ significantly from each other. The main factors that affect the speed, efficiency and time of commercialization of innovations are the costs of their creation and profits from their use. These factors have the greatest influence on the choice of the form and method of commercialization of intellectual property objects by the enterprise-developer. The authors prove that the main factor influencing the choice of the form and method of commercialization of intellectual property is the resource provision of an industrial enterprise. It depends on this whether it is expedient for an enterprise to introduce the results of innovative activity into economic circulation independently, or with the participation of another enterprise, or to completely outsource this process to intellectual outsourcing. It should be noted that each method has its advantages and disadvantages, which are mainly manifested for profit received, commercialization costs and the amount of responsibility for the implementation of this process. In further researches, it is necessary to compare the forms and methods of commercialization of intellectual property objects with the state of modern industrial enterprises and to explore the potential possibilities of their use.

    Іntroducing the results of innovative activity into economic circulation is one of the essential characteristics of an effective industrial enterprise. Commercializing intellectual property objects involves coordinated production and commercial activity, adopting and implementing scientifically based decisions. This is necessary to successfully pass an intellectual product through all stages of its life cycle. The purpose of this study is to form market processes for commercializing intellectual property objects at industrial enterprises, finding the most effective option for their introduction into economic circulation. The theoretical investigation of the problem made it possible to identify and analyze various possible conceptual approaches to commercializing intellectual property in an industrial enterprise. Among them are market push, market pull, engineering, and reengineering commercialization models.

    The analysis of modern management concepts indicates the need to implement approaches and principles ensuring the integrity of the research object as the social, ecological, and economic system, which is a separate enterprise or region. Such approach allow to consider issues as complex at each level and identifying risks, making forecasts regarding changes in the environment, evaluating opportunities for development and ensuring an acceptable life quality for people, the human development level in terms of natural resource and environmental limitations and other local and global challenges. Currently, the need to accumulate human intellectual efforts is becoming more and more obvious. It forms a new paradigm of its existence in the conditions of non-antagonistic self-development and coexistence with the surrounding world, economic interests’ subordination to interests of ecological expediency and social responsibility. Therefore, it is necessary to form a new management paradigm with worldview level emphasis and basic values that combine environmental, economic, social, and political aspects. This monograph based on the authors research results, which developing the ideas of the sustainable development transition necessary, and basics of a green economy and a socially oriented market economy. The presented materials have both applied (theoretical and methodological) and didactic value, as they demonstrate the implementation conditions and features of effective management’s tools and methods to solve urgent development problems of enterprises, activity spheres and territories. Therefore, it will be essential and useful for enterprises’ managers, local self-government bodies, scientists and university students.
