Formation of intellectual property commercialization strategies
    (РС Tесhnology сеntеr, 2024) Pererva, P. G.; Ievsieiev, A. S.; Maslak, M. V.; Tkachov, M. M.; Tkachova, N. P.
The object of research is the process that forms strategies and methods for effective commercialization of intellectual products at industrial enterprises. The problems of introducing intellectual property objects into the economic circulation in the field of industrial production have been analyzed. The most important of them are economic and managerial problems, which consist in the lack of necessary funding and are determined by the difficulty of assessing the market competitiveness of an intellectual product. Special attention was paid to market, technical-technological, and legal problems, the presence of which inhibits the development of the technological market and significantly affects the efficiency of intellectual and innovative activities. The presence of these problems predetermined the main goal of the study – to devise methods and strategies for the commercialization of intellectual property objects. Based on them, an integrated strategy for the commercialization of intelligent products for enterprises of the machine-building industry, which is oriented towards achieving the goals of maximizing the economic and social effect of the production of an intelligent product, was formed and substantiated. The main component of an integrated strategy is an organizational mechanism that provides investment support for innovative activities and scientific and consulting support for an intellectual product. The research results could be used to form programs of intellectual and innovative activity of industrial enterprises and would serve as a basis for further scientific research on these issues

Research of basic models of transfer of intellectual and innovative technologies and directions of their development
    (Wyższa Szkoła Ekonomiczno-Humanistyczna, Poland, 2023) Pererva, P. G.; Ievsieiev, A. S.
The article examines various forms and methods of transfer of intellectual technologies in the period from 1950 to the present time. It is substantiated that at different stages of social development, the ways of transferring intellectual technologies are different. At the initial stage, technology transfer was mainly carried out on the basis of agreements between top managers. After the industrial revolution, these processes were implemented at the expense of mandatory external investments in production capital. Today, technology transfer is mainly carried out through market-oriented commercial forms. Thus, technology transfer increasingly demonstrates its unique market-oriented characteristics, the specific features of which can be manifested in the following types and characteristics.

Study of the process of commercialization of intellectual property projects
    (ТОВ "Юридична компанія "Юрсервіс", 2023) Kobieliev, V. M.; Pererva, P. G.
Commercialization of intellectual property objects and their implementation is an urgent problem of further economic growth of the national economy of Ukraine. The solution to issues of modernization of industry, new industrialization, provision of innovative development, and smart growth depends on the availability of scientific and technical developments and objects of intellectual property.

Features of commercialization of international information projects in the context of European integration
    (ТОВ "Юридична компанія "Юрсервіс", 2023) Mekhovych, S. A.; Poberezhnyi, R. O.; Pererva, P. G.
The development of research and development consists in their commercialization. The scientific development of innovations in the context of European integration should be profitable. Therefore, in order for an innovative project to pay off and bring profit, it is necessary to commercialize it.

Legal protection of intellectual property objects – a condition for their successful commercialization
(ТОВ "Юридична компания "Юрсервіс", 2022) Schimpf, Karin; Pererva, P. G.
For the commercialization of each intellectual property object, the most suitable legal protection regimes are extremely important. The rights to all objects are registered, deposited, patented, if necessary, a trade secret regime (know-how, production secrets) is introduced. The ways of commercialization of intellectual property that can maximize the profit of the company are determined.

Theoretical and methodical essence of technology transfer on the basis of entreprenry and intrapreneurship
    (2019) Pererva, P. G.; Maslak, M. V.
In the article it is proved that a considerable part of scientific developments of industrial enterprises, in most cases quite effective and promising, remain unclaimed; high, and in most cases inaccessible even to the technological product development companies themselves. their commercialization (transfer) costs are not high enough, and in most cases not accessible even to the technological product development companies themselves. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of technology transfer has been clarified. It is proved that transfer of technologies developed at machine-building enterprises can be carried out mainly with the use of two entrepreneurial institutions: entrepreneurship (external transfer) and intrapreneurship (intra-firm transfer). Possible organizational and economic forms of the end result have been formed when used in machine-building enterprises of entreprenry and intrapreneurship. The basic prerequisites for the formation and use of integrated high technologies at machine-building enterprises, which most closely meet the economic and legal criteria of the transfer process. Such prerequisites, in particular, include: increase in the scientific and technological capacity, complication of engineering products, acceleration of scientific and technological progress, introduction of intellectual development in the production, increasing the level of market competition, etc. A detailed analysis of the current state of the domestic technological market has been carried out, and the main positive and negative factors have been identified, which most or not ensure the effectiveness of its functioning. It was found that the level of financial support for innovative activity in the country (0.3-0.4% of GDP) is not able to ensure the effectiveness of scientific research. Obstacles to the effective implementation of intra-company technology transfer at machinebuilding enterprises are identified and generalized. These include economic, scientific, technical, social and political obstacles.

Modern state and prospects of development of the industry of agricultural machinery
(Харківський національний університет будівництва та архітектури, 2017) Sikorska, Małgorzata; Pererva, P. G.
Agricultural engineering must be tailored to the interests and needs of the farmers in full accordance with the plans of agricultural development. In General, the removal of the machine-building complex of the crisis requires the development of a national programmed of development of agricultural mechanical engineering which involves the production of technological complexes of machines and equipment for agriculture, food and processing industry, bringing production of new types of final products and parts to meet the domestic needs by 70%.
