Документ Analysis of electromagnetic processes in the system "cylindrical solenoid - massive conductor"(НТУ "ХПИ", 2018) Batygin, Yu. V.; Chaplygin, E. A.; Sabokar, O. S.; Strelnikova, V. A.Defining the key parameters of the inductor geometry, as a long multi-turn solenoid, that influence on the current amplitude induced excited in a massive conductor with a flat boundary surface. Performing a mathematical analysis of the electrodynamic problem solution for an area with variable structure by integrating Maxwell's equation within the given boundary and initial conditions and also physical assumptions simplifying the process of solving but not distorting the result and carrying out an experiment that confirms not only the correctly construction considered but also the acceptability of the chosen assumption the opacity applying of the metal blank for these operating fields frequencies. Functional dependencies of the current induced parameters on the metal surface of the heating object have been obtained, along which numerical estimates of the electrodynamic process have been performed, and key parameters influencing the heating efficiency have been determined. The correctness of the solutions obtained was confirmed experimentally. The final form of the solution function of the physical-mathematical problem was shown to be acceptable for performing further engineering and research calculations. The functional connection of the measured values of the induced surface current and the parameters of the measuring system is determined, the experimental confirmation of which indicates the satisfactory calculation model of the induction heating system and the entire solution as a whole. Based on the calculations performed, working samples of inductive systems for induction heating that meet the specified heating rate and area requirements can be constructed. The obtained analytical expressions were transformed and simplified for their further using for engineering calculations with a minimum error value.Документ Magnetic Pulsed Processing of Metals for Advanced Technolog of Modernity – a Brief Review(НТУ "ХПИ", 2016) Batygin, Yu. S.The aim of the article is dedicated to the brief review of the main achievements of the advanced technologies with usage of the energy of the pulsed magnetic fields. Originality. The new suggestions are represented. They are based on the results of development of the new scientific direction in area of the magnetic pulsed processing of thin-walled sheet metals when a penetration of the acting fields is quite significant. The known traditional approaches based on the skin-effect in electrodynamics and were successfully implemented. Methodology of the analysis consist of careful theoretical and practical experiments review and its future development. Results of the research based on the existing experimental approbation were presented visually with the description followed The known approaches to solution actual production problems based on the skin-effect in electrodynamics are described. Practical value. The first of practical propositions is related to stamping of the drawing the printed circuit boards on the cooper foil with thickness about ~50 mkm. This operation is realizing by the forces of magnetic pressure directly without any supplements introduction. The second consists in usage the magnetic pulsed attraction for external removing the dents in the car body. This operation does not demand disassembling of elemental base and allows preserving the paint of coverings. Both of these technologies could to minimize the working time, to decries the volume of the waste products and to make the manufacturing existed much cheaper.Документ Estimating the limit possibilities of the step charging system for capacitive energy storage(НТУ "ХПИ", 2016) Batygin, Yu. V.; Chaplygin, E. A.; Sabokar, O. S.The basic diagram of the step-by-step charging system what is an alternative to the traditional variant with the step-up transformer was described. This system realizesthe serial charge voltage increasing by the separate portions of energy, which has been, accumulated preliminary in the inductive energy storage. The formulas for estimating the limit possibilities of the step-by-step charging were got. These limits are caused by achieving a balance of the entering and losing electromagnetic energy. S.The electrodynamics process was analyzed and the principle efficiency of the "induction system with an attractive screen" as an effective tool for magnetic pulse forming of the thin sheet metals was substantiated. The axis distributions of the attractive forces based on the relations been obtained were illuminated graphically. The results of experimental testing of the system in the engineering operation of the external non-contact dents removing on the car body panels samples were presented.
