    Formation of valeological competence in conditions of classroom and distance learning

    Formulation of the problem. The article considers the problem of valeological (health saving) competence formation in non-medical students. Health saving competencies are based on a healthy lifestyle, safe behavior practices and the ability to provide emergency pre-hospital care to victims in critical situations. The formation of valeological competence in non-medical takes place during the study of valeological disciplines (including “Fundamentals of Medical Knowledge”, “Health Pedagogy” and others) in higher education institutions (HEI). Since the spring of 2019, the teaching of these disciplines is forced to take place in distance form.

    The electrical equipment of Ukrainian power plants is worn out, but not replaced with new ones, but repaired and modernized, which increases the possibility of emergencies. For the safe operation of NPPs, the number of parameters for monitoring the operation of this equipment is increased. These two factors increase the These two factors increase the burden on NPP's control panels operators. This increases the risk of cardiovascular accidents (strokes and heart attacks) of operators, despite their careful professional selection and constant medical examinations. Measures of medical control of operability of operators during their work are offered.

New curricula should be formed taking into account the Bologna model and competencies. The basis of the new education standards is to put the existing training modules of the Ukrainian and foreign universities of the countries participating in the Bologna process.
