Публікація Identifying the system of value factors of green consumer choice(LLC "Consulting Publishing Company "Business Perspectives", 2024) Potrashkova, Liudmyla; Zaruba, Viktor; Raiko, Diana; Yevsyeyev, OleksiyTo justify the production of green products, it is necessary to anticipate the choice of consumers toward products with different environmental friendliness. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the factors that determine this choice, particularly value factors. The study is based on the idea that a consumer is stimulated to eco-consumption by a set of values, not excluding individualist values; and the influence of values is mediated by motives. The purpose of the study is to develop the theoretical founda tions of constructing a three-level system of value factors of green consumption on the example of office paper consumption. As a result, the study formed a system of factors containing preferences, motives, and values of office paper consumers. According to the proposed approach, for each respondent, quantitative characteristics of the ele ments of the system of factors were determined through a survey, which made it pos sible to identify correlation relationships between the elements. A pilot study was used to test the proposed approach to constructing a value factors system. The results of the pilot survey showed a positive connection between eco-friendliness of consum er preferences – through motives – with such values as “Nature,” “Self-development,” “Country success,” and “Social power.” This finding provides additional justification for the assumption that individuals are driven to green consumption not only by socially oriented values but also by individualistic values. Identifying the value factors of green consumption will allow predicting consumer behavior and influencing it through tar geted marketing offers.Документ Risk management models in operative planning at an industrial enterprise(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc., USA, 2020-10-06) Zaruba, Viktor; Parfentenko, IrynaThe subject of the study was the situation of operational planning of production of an industrial company in the face of random fluctuations in the current demand for its products. It is shown that in this situation there are loss risks that depend on the decisions made during operational planning. A model of the planning situation is developed for the case when the volume of orders for products for one period of time is described by a random variable with stationary statistical characteristics. The effectiveness of decisions made was estimated by the average economic effect per unit of time over an infinite time interval. The planning situation model was used to conduct a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of various operational planning policies.Документ Analysis of the policy of operation activity of anenterprise with productre servation(ПП "Технологічний Центр", 2022) Zaruba, Viktor; Potrashkova, Liudmyla; Guryanova, Lidiya; Sokol, Kateryna; Kuksa, IhorThis paper examines the process of operative planning of the production of an industrial company under conditions of random fluctuations in current demand. It is shown that under these conditions there are losses, the size of which depends on the adopted policy of operation activity. The policy of operation activity is understood as the rule of making decisions on current production volumes based on information about incoming orders, probable volumes of future demand, and possible losses due to the deviation of capacity load from the normative one. In the paper, it is proposed to assess the effectiveness of each policy of operation activity using the indicator of the limit average economic effect per unit of time for an infinite number of periods. An original approach to assessing the effectiveness of the policy of operation activity with product reservation was developed. It was shown that when using this policy, there is an effect of product “overstock” on the chains of successive periods. It was proposed to select the initial reserve so that the probability of completion of the reservation chain for a given number of periods should be close to unity. Such an approach creates an opportunity to determine the expected economic effect on the chains of reservation of various product types and, as a result, to assess the policy effectiveness in general. An assessment of the effectiveness of the policy with reservation in the form of the dependence of the policy effectiveness indicator on the values of cost indicators was obtained. Comparison of this assessment with a similar assessment of the effectiveness of the policy of fulfilling incoming orders allowed finding a condition under which the policy with reservation is more profitable. It involves ensuring that the magnitude of losses per unit of production associated with the product stock storage does not exceed half the sum of the magnitude of losses per unit of production due to downtime and excess capacity loadДокумент Analysis of the Effectiveness of Tariffs for Telecommunications Services with Broadband Access(ФОП Андреева, 2018) Zaruba, Viktor; Parfentenko, IrynaThe purpose of the study was to analyze the efficiency of tariffs of companies providing telecommunications services with broadband access. The analysis was carried out with respect to both the efficiency of the tariff system in general and its individual elements. The structure of costs for services providing access to the Internet and networks of digital television has been studied. The scheme of the analysis of the product and cost parts of the tariff system of telecommunication companies is proposed. The advantages and disadvantages of pricing strategies for telecommunication services are discussed.Документ Optimization of the duration of collection of orders on the enterprise’s products(Pražský Institut zvyšování kvalifikace, 2018) Zaruba, ViktorThe subject of the study became the procedure for planning the production of an industrial firm, based on the performance of only received orders. In this case, random fluctuations in the volume of orders cause either excessive loading on production, or downtime. It is shown that an increase in the duration of the collection period of orders can reduce production losses. Investigated one of the possible models of economically justified choice of the duration of collection of orders. In it are uses approximate estimates of losses due to the unevenness of the flow of order volumes and the reduction in orders due to long terms of their fulfillment.
