    Вимоги до мережецентричних систем управління спеціального призначення

    У роботі наведено особливості сучасних збройних конфліктів із застосування міжвидових угруповань, що складаються з різних підрозділів збройних сил. Визначено напрямки розвитку міжвидових угруповань як мобільних, технічно досконалих складових збройних сил, які здатні діяти у єдиному командно-інформаційному просторі. Обґрунтовано підвищення ролі автоматизованих систем спеціального призначення та різних інформаційних, розвідувальних, ударних комплексів і засобів при веденні бойових дій у повітряно-космічному (наземному, морському) та інформаційному просторі, що направлено на отримання інформаційної переваги над противником за рахунок використання можливостей єдиного командно-інформаційного простору всіма його користувачами. Розкрито основні вимоги, що висуваються до мережецентричних систем управління спеціального призначення при їх застосуванні у сучасних війнах (бойових діях) для забезпечення автоматизованого управління високотехнологічними збройними силами.

    Parametric synthesis of control systems for the steam generator of a nuclear power plan

    This paper proposes models and methods of the parametric synthesis of automatic control systems for a steam generator at a nuclear power plant, based on the modification of unconditional optimization methods. A mathematical model of steam generator control systems designed for the synthesis of model parameters has been considered. Algorithms are given for calculating level objective functions that take into consideration the limitations of variable parameters and quality indicators of problems for identifying and optimizing model parameters. The methods of unconditional optimization have been modified by introducing the operation of comparing the values of the level objective functions. Using the information technology of optimization, computational experiments were carried out to synthesize the parameters of the steam generator control systems by optimizing the level objective functions. The values of 54 parameters for the model of the control system in the PGV-1000 steam generator were identified, the value of standard deviation in the processes of 1 % from the experimental processes was achieved in the model. The result of parametric synthesis of optimal control systems for a steam generator produced a minimum control time of 131 seconds while the time of computational experiments did not exceed 10 minutes. The peculiarity of the proposed approach to the parametric synthesis of control system models is that the level objective function as a single mathematical object includes all the information about the synthesis problem. Therefore, a given approach is promising for simplifying software for solving complex problems of parametric synthesis of control systems. The considered technology of parametric synthesis of control systems could increase the degree of scientific validity of technical projects to improve various applied and promising control systems.

    Devising a method to improve the accuracy of maintaining the preset temperature and humidity conditions at a vegetable storage facility under a food storing mode

    A vegetable storage facility is an energy-consuming object with distributed parameters. The quality of product storage depends on the microclimate in the vegetable storage facility: current temperature, humidity, and carbon dioxide level. Existing temperature controllers in a veg etable storage facility use a two-position law of control, which leads to the consumption of excess energy and product spoilage. The purpose of the study is to improve the work of the controller in the process of product storage at the storage phase due to closing the two-position controller through feedback in the form of a first-order aperiodic link. To achieve the goal, the procedure for calculating the transfer function of a control object through the equation of thermal balance was used. This procedure made it possible to take into consideration the parameters of a vegetable storage facility: the area and the type of thermal insulation material of floorings, the weight, and the type of a stored product, as well as thermal energy supplied to the vegetable storage facility.Based on the heat balance equation, the nature of the operation of controlling elements, transfer functions of a vegetable storage facility without a product, and the vegetable storage facility filled with a product, were calculated. The heat model of a vegetable storage facility was constructed in the MATLAB Simulink environment (USA) to check the algorithms of the temperature field control. The product storage for 180 days with changes in the daily temperature of outdoor air from minus 8 °C to plus 2 °C and changes in humidity from 50 % to 100 % was modeled. According to the results of modeling, it is possible to conclude that the addition of an aperiodic link to the feedback of the two-position controller will enable taking into consideration the inertia of a control object. This allows decreasing the maximum error in control of self-oscillations to 0.15 °C and decreasing the total operation time of con trolling elements by 13 %

    Hydro turbine speed control system

    The article presents a mathematical model of an hydro turbine speed control system. In the world and domestic practice of creating hydraulic turbine equipment, there is a clear tendency to create computer-based rotor speed control systems for hydraulic turbines. Computer systems provide an opportunity to implement the introduction of effective algorithms using software that improve the static and dynamic characteristics of the system. This in turn increases the importance of mathematical modeling both at the design stage and during commissioning. The analysis of the performed works devoted to the mathematical description of the elements of the hydraulic drive of the regulator showed that they are reduced to linearized equations without taking into account a number of important factors that will increase the accuracy of the mathematical model. Improvement of static and dynamic characteristics and the system as a whole can be achieved by solving the scientific problem of studying its dynamics based on the development of a more complete mathematical model. To reduce friction and hysteresis, to prevent obliteration, the electrohydraulic converter plunger in the lower part is equipped with a segner wheel. Improving the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic turbine speed controllers requires the development of nonlinear mathematical models with subsequent analysis of transients in the hydraulic drive of the speed controller. Evaluation of the quality of transient processes and subsequent adjustment of parameters allows to achieve a reduction in the duration of transients, increase the speed and accuracy of positioning at small movements of the servo motor. A number of unaccounted factors during the preparation of the mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic converter makes it possible to increase its adequacy to the real object of study and increase the speed of the control system of the rotor speed of the hydraulic turbine.

    Mathematical Modelling of Transients In the Electric Drive of the Turnout of the Mono-Sleeper Type With Switched-Inductor Motor

    The study is devoted to the development of the functionality of a railway track switch by introducing a switched inductor electric drive. This solution justifies simplifying the mechanical part of the switches by changing the gearbox to a ball screw and locating the all kinematic line of the switches on the mono-sleeper type. Goal. A study of the mono-sleeper turnout type behaviour to meet modern traffic safety requirements and improve operational reliability factors. Methodology. Based on electric drive theory, a kinematic line of a mono-switch turnout type with nonlinear friction characteristic is presented. Using differential equation theory and Laplace transformation, a mathematic description of a four-phase switched-inductor motor with ball-screw in a mechanical line of a single-mass electromechanical system has been made. A simulation mathematical model of the electric drive of mono-sleeper turnout type as the control system with a switche-inductor motor and nonlinear friction characteristic was built in MATLAB. Results. Simulation modelling of a mathematical model of a mono-sleeper turnout type with a switched-inductor motor and ball-screw gear has been developed and implemented. Studies of dynamics of turnout point movement have shown that, in contrast to the motors used today, the switched-inductor motor makes it possible to simplify the mechanical part of the drive, which leads to reduced time spent on laying and maintenance of turnout points, and therefore makes the design more reliable. The application of PID controller and fuzzy speed controller has shown improved dynamics of turnout point, while the fuzzy PID controller provides better performance of the set values and turnout point movements. Originality. First developed a mathematical model of the electric drive of the mono-sleeper turnout type, taking into account nonlinear friction characteristic, as an object of speed control of turnout point movement, is developed. Practical value. The developed mathematical model of a railway track turnout of the mono-sleeper type with a switched-inductor motor and ball-screw gear enables more efficient use of a microprocessor control system, creation of promising electric motor protection means and control of a turnout point.

    Analysis of optimization criteria for the process of switch displacement in a DC railroad turnout

    This paper reports a study into the dynamics of displacing a railroad turnout's switches with a direct start of electric motor and a controlled DC electric drive in the MATLAB environment. The emphasis of simulation was the investigation of processes taking place in the kinematic links of a railroad turnout in the dynamics of its switch displacement. The estimation was based on the optimization criteria for a switch displacement process: the pulse of the impact of a switch against the frame rail, elasticity force in the working rod and a switch turning time. The result of the simulation of a non-controlled electric drive in a railroad turnout of switches has revealed that the values of these parameters are unsatisfactory. Mathematical models of the regulated electric drive for a railroad switch turnout were considered as two-mass electromechanical systems with subordinate regulation of basic coordinates and based on the principle of modal control. The results from mathematical modelling of the switch turning process convince that the numerical values of the optimization criteria for a regulated turning process are improved. Increasing the time of a regulated turning by up to 6 % of direct start results in a decreased impact in the kinematic links. Under the assumption of eliminating a technological gap in the reducer, a decrease in the impact of switches at the turning onset amounts to 6–8 %. At the same time, comparison of impacts at the onset of switch turning, when taking into consideration a technological gap in the reducer, as well as without it, shows a decrease in the elastic force amplitude by 250 %. The impact (a switch momentum pulse) could be reduced by 20–24 % upon turning completion. Our analysis of optimization criteria for the switch displacement process has demonstrated efficiency of the regulated electric drive compared to the direct start of an electric motor. That makes it possible not only to extend the operational functionality of a railroad switch turnout, but also to reduce costs for the current technical inspection, repairs in general, as well as to prolong the inter-repair period.

    Development and study of a microprocessor automatic control system for a mono-switch tie type with a linear inductive electric motor and a discrete speed controller

    The article is devoted to the development of the microprocessor automatic control system for a gearless controlled electric drive of a mono-switch tie based on a linear inductor electric motor. This solution provides control the position of the switch point, to carry out the transfer process with a smooth drive of shanks to the frame rail, to protect electric motor elements from overloads. Goal. Development and study of the behavior of microprocessor automatic control system for mono-switch tie type with linear inductive electric motor and discrete PID speed controller which coefficients are adjusted according to Chien-Hrones-Reswick method to meet modern traffic safety requirements and improve operational reliability factors. Methodology. On the basis of electric drive theory, a kinematic line of a mono-switch tie type with nonlinear friction characteristic is presented. Using differential equation theory and Laplace transformation, a mathematic description of a linear inductor electric motor has been made. Using the z-transform method, a difference equation for describing a discrete PID speed controller is obtained, the coefficients of which are derived using the Chien-Hrones-Reswick method. A simulation mathematical model of the electric drive mono-switch tie type as the microprocessor automatic control system with linear inductive electric motor and discrete PID speed controller and nonlinear friction characteristic was built in MATLAB. Results. Simulation modelling of a mathematical model of the microprocessor automatic control system of the electric drive mono-switch tie type with the linear inductive electric motor and discrete PID speed controller and nonlinear friction characteristic have been developed and performed. Studies of dynamics of switch point movement have shown that, a drive time of less than 0.7 s at a constant speed motor armature of 0.2 and 0.3 m/s provides to meet modern requirements for railway switch points. The application of discrete PID speed controller has shown improved dynamics of switch point. Originality. First for the electric drive of the mono-switch tie type with linear inductive electric motor a mathematical model of the discrete PID speed controller and nonlinear friction characteristic as an object of speed control of switch point movement, has been developed. Practical value. Mathematical model of a railway track switch of the mono-switch tie type with linear inductive electric motor and discrete PID speed controller has been developed to carry out the control of the position of the switch point, process with a smooth drive them to the frame rail, to protect electric motor elements from overloads.

    Synthesis and analysis of control schemes of hydropneumatic drives

    The method of analysis of circuits of hydropneumatic actuators is offered, which allows to detect and eliminate existing design errors, mainly related to the inconsistency of inputs operating between technological operations and "power struggle" on actuators, as well as the method of synthesis to obtain the scheme, which contains close to the minimum number of logical elements. A formalized method of analysis of control circuits of hydropneumatic actuators is proposed, which allows to detect and eliminate errors possible during synthesis. Equations of output functions and internal states of the system are written directly according to the scheme of the hydropneumatic drive by the method of standard positional structure and from the matrix of correspondences by the method of minimization. Error detection is carried out by determining the correctness of the graph of operations, analysis of the input sequence, the correctness of the matrix of correspondences and the corresponding system of equations. The efficiency of using the matrix of correspondences of M. Cherkashenko for the analysis of schemes is shown, the dimension of which does not depend on the number of inputs and outputs, but only on the number of transitions between technological operations. The proposed method is an effective means of detecting errors, inaccuracies, performance checks, rational construction of circuits, and can be widely used by designers of control systems for hydropneumatic actuators, as well as university students in the study of methods of construction of circuits.
