Публікація Evolution of digital transformations in IT companies(UKEY Consultancy & Publishing, 2024) Makovoz, Oksana; Lysenko, SergiiThis article discusses the evolution and approaches of digitalization of business processes within IT companies, highlighting the transformative effects of this shift on operational efficiency and strategic management. By integrating digital technologies like artificial intelligence, blockchain, and cloud computing, IT companies are redefining the landscape of business process management. The paper examines how IT companies' digital technologies have evolved as business processes have been optimised, management decision-making processes have been improved, and service quality has been enhanced. It also looks at issues such as data security, privacy concerns and the need for skilled labour. The evolution of digitalization in IT Companies is investigated through the prism of retrospective historical analysis of how digitalization has evolved in the IT sector and early adaptations, the shift towards more integrated digital solutions. The research methodology includes a blend of qualitative and quantitative approaches, analyzing case studies from various IT companies that have successfully navigated the digital transformation journey. The findings indicate that digitalization, when strategically implemented, leads to significant improvements in process efficiency, cost reduction, and competitive advantage. However, it also necessitates a cultural shift within organizations, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and adaptation to technological advancements. The paper concludes by proposing strategies for effectively managing the transition towards a digitally empowered business environment.Публікація Towards the Generalized Criterion for Evaluation of Business Process Model Quality(CEUR Workshop Proceedings, 2020) Kopp, A. It is also considered as a part of quality management system in an organization. Business process modeling is the core of business process management, which is used for visualization, analysis, and improvement of organizational activities. Moreover, business process modeling plays an important role in the context of business process management maturity of an overall enterprise. Therefore, this paper is focused on the problem of business process model quality evaluation. Existing approaches based on the process modeling guidelines, measures and corresponding thresholds are reviewed, as well as the refined process modeling rules, corresponding quality criteria, the generalized quality criterion, and thresholds for its translation into linguistic values are proposed. L.Since business process modeling is considered as the foundation of Business Process Management, it is required to design understandable and modifiable process models used to analyze and improve depicted business processes. Therefore, this article proposes a method for business process model analysis and improvement. The lifecycle of Business Process Management from business process modeling to applying the Business Intelligence and process mining techniques is considered. Existing approaches to business process model analysis are reviewed. Proposed method is based on best practices in business process modeling, process model metrics, and corresponding thresholds. The usage of business process model metrics and thresholds to formalize process modeling guidelines is outlined, as well as the procedure of business process model analysis and improvement is shown. O.There have been considered basic features of dashboards, their place and role in business process management concept, considered basic dashboards types, considered various recommendations of dashboards construction, and also considered basic visualization tools such as bar and line graphs, pie and scatter charts, bullet graphs and dials. An approach to formation of dashboards, used for the analysis of product supply business process state, has been proposed. Therefore, a set of performance indicators and a related system of scales have been defined. In order to solve the problem of dashboard design which means definition of number, type and place of visualization tools, mathematical models of unbounded and continuous knapsack problems have been applied. As a result of the proposed approach application, a prototype of a dashboard used for the analysis of product supply business process state has been developed.
