    Analysis of Various Approaches to Modeling of Dynamics of Lifting-Transport Vehicles

    The results of analytical and numerical modeling of dynamic characteristics of linear and non-linear mathematical models of the "trolleyload" system of bridge and container cranes are presented. KiDyM software complex is used for numerical modeling, which, based on the use of the apparatus of structural matrices and the built-in computer algebra system, allows the construction of ordinary differential equations of motion of the class of systems under consideration at the analytical level. Recommendations on the possible use of the considered mathematical models of the "trolley-load" system in various regular and forced operation modes of bridge and container cranes are given on the basis of the analysis. The ratio of the results of calculations for various design models of regular and forced operation of the bridge crane has been established. The magnitude of the distribution of the maximum values of the dynamic characteristics of motion of the container crane has been designed by calculating the forced operation mode using various mathematical models.

    Comparative analysis of transmissions of mine diesel locomotives with different component schemes

    Purpose. To develop mathematical models and techniques to model stepless transmissions operating as a part of a diesel locomotive, to improve reliability of the results of diesel locomotive movement under actual operating conditions. Methodology. Values of kinematic parameters, power parameters, and energy parameters are identified with the help of solving a system of algebraic equations by Simulink subsystem of Matlab system. Integrated study of changes in basic transmission parameters of "input differential" and "output differential" in terms of its operation within both transport and traction ranges is necessary to determine the initial data to model braking process of a mine diesel locomotive. Findings. The paper has performed comparative analysis of "input differential" and "output differential" hydrostatic mechanical transmissions (HMTs) by means of integrated study of changes in power parameters, kinematic parameters, and energy parameters of the transmissions in terms of traction and transport ranges of motion of a mine diesel locomotive. Values of these parameters are determined by means of solving the system of algebraic equations being considered as the development of a set of mathematical models and techniques to model stepless transmissions operating as a part of a mine diesel locomotive. Originality. The obtained results of integrated study of changes in power, kinematic and energy parameters of "input differential" and "output differential" HMTs in terms of their operation within both transport and traction ranges indicate that each transmission has its own strengths and weaknesses. That is why the both HMTs will be used in future while analyzing a braking process of a mine diesel locomotive. Practical value. The developed structural transmission scheme, mathematical model explaining changes in kinematic parameters and power ones, determined kinematic, power parameters and efficiency of hydrostatic drive in future can be applied as the initial data to model a braking process of a mine diesel locomotive.

    Remote control of hydrostatic drive mechanisms for hoisting machinery and logistics centers

    The analysis of the crane or loader travel mechanism construction with hydrostatic drive and low-moment hydraulic motor has been performed. It has been proposed that the electric circuit of pump performance remote control system that meets the requirements applicable to the crane drives control system. The zero-setter design has been developed for hydraulic drive emergency braking in case of an emergency, while the bridge runover on the obstacle when travel limit switches of the traveling mechanism triggered , and also the electric drive motor of the pump and electric control scheme of pump productivity loses power. The hydraulic circuit of the lifting machines mechanism is presented and its operating principle is described. Implementation and testing of remote control system elements are implemented on the travel mechanism experimental stand of the crane with a lifting capacity of 32/5 t that is described in the article.The stand design allows to provide long-term trials in a wide range of static and dynamic loads, to realize implement typical operation cycles and to record the nature of dynamic loads and energy consumption. In consequence of the research it was proved that hydrostatic drive with low-moment hydraulic drive and described remote control system has deep adjustable speed for a given program, softens dynamic load transients, and saves a significant amount of power during acceleration and braking.

    Дослідження динаміки гідромеханічних силових передач на базі системи комп’ютерної алгебри

    У статті наведено універсальний аналітичний спосіб моделювання динамічних процесів в силових передачах транспортних засобів з гідрооб'ємними приводами, заснований на використанні векторно-матричної форми запису загального варіаційного рівняння механіки та спеціальної системи комп'ютерної алгебри. Представлені деякі результати вирішення задачі аналізу зазначеного класу систем.
